They are not open at the time that is listed in got here at 9:20 a man told me the were closed. As someone was in the building with him. It says they dont close untill 11 that is either a lie or this person wanted to leave early

I came to this location on Labor Day. When I arrived, they had forgotten to put my order in. That is not a big deal because mistakes happen, but when I asked a simple question and they acted like it was my fault, that is where I have a problem. It was clear they were just too busy and did not want my business.
As a business owner myself, I would be wondering how much money and how many customers I am losing with service like that. I canceled my order and went somewhere else. I will never go back to this location.

I came here at 10 Minutes to 11pm, wasn’t even ordering any food. The sign said open to midnight walked up asked to purchase a bottle of soda to quench my thirst. The very kind lady said they only had 2 liters which was fine, two people in the store and the order window was open. As she walks to the cooler to get the soda the manager said “we’re closed your too late.” I pointed out that the advertised sign said open to midnight and even if it was 11 it was 10 minutes till. My only response was well registers closed your too late. This was a credit transaction wouldn’t have even effected the till count but he couldn’t have cared less. I recognize that hours can change and people would like to leave on time; however if your window is open and you have 10 minutes to closing it is beyond belief you would refuse a sale. Even this I would have been irritated by but the just blunt rudeness and lack of any sort of customer service skills was appalling. The manager clearly had better things to do than complete his shift or complete an order which would have taken 2 minutes tops. I cannot speak to their food but the disrespectful way I was treated I will never give me business to this store ever again. I sincerely hope this manager gets some serious up-training in how to properly treat customers in the future. Customer service skills can make or break a business and of this is how he treats patrons he has no business working with the public. I would recommend ordering from a store that has better leadership, nobody should be subjected to such rude treatment.

My husband and I have ordered from here a few times and each time it was a disappointment. The first time, our order was canceled with no explanation given. My husband called the store and spoke to the manager and he said he would make it if we re ordered and we did. I love stuff crust pizza but all 3 times I've gotten it, the crust was raw. Literally raw!! My 3rd complaint was on Friday night when we ordered, I had to wait a very long time. They have a service window at the front to which I assume is for safety reasons because it's not the best of neighborhoods. I waited at the window, shouting,calling inside the store for at least 30 minutes all while I could clearly see my order sitting there on the shelf. It appeared to be 2 young people a man and a woman locked in another room. The man apologizes and says they were doing inventory, if that was the case, why was the door shut? Not too pleased. Will probably never order from this location ever again.

The pizza was okay. There wasn’t outstanding about it either way. It was a little frustrating that there was no estimate on the Web site as to how long it would take for it to be ready, so as soon as I submitted the order, I drove to the location and parked until I received the notification that it was ready. Fortunately, that was less than five minutes. It’s definitely a no-frills pick-up experience. There’s a window that I walked up to, told them my name, and they handed me a pizza box. Short and to the point.
