Piss poor customer service. On duty manager was rude, accusing me of being somebody else. Will not patronize this store anymore!

Dude who claims himself a manager there of 3 yrs was disrespectful to my daughter, if I didn't have an actual life (unlike him) and things to lose I would probably go and beat him all over the store to teach him a little respect. Instead I'm going to look into legal reprecussions into the company itself due to the representation being so poor.

Extremely rude. I called to ask what type of salami they put on their pizzas and the manager "Zachary" was ON THE PHONE WITH ANOTHER PERSON then yelled at me "Salami!". I asked what type of meat they but in their salami "beef, pork, venison?" Then he yelled at me PORK! As if I was stupid for asking. My dad who took witness to the call, then called him back and asked him to apologize for his behavior, and his response? "You want me to apologize for the natural tone of my voice. And if anything your daughter was being rude to me. Coming at me and all that" then told my dad if he wants to settle this, pull up at the store and "we can deal with this face to face". Absolutely rude and ignorant.

Just had to wait outside to get a pizza through the window at Papa Johns !!!!! Not enough sausage on the pizza, but waiting outside was like they have no customer service, and an employee that someone said was the manager was a rude asshole and left the building and told me I could cancel my order because I didn't like the outside service !!!!!!

Went to the main web page since this was my first time having Papa Johns. Nothing worked properly. I didn't get free delivery as advertised using the code word. Signing up for the app didn't work. I had to create my sign in and password when I was done, so I didn't get points for my order. 1st time trying, Im not impressed. Ordered a Shack a Roni pizza and an 18 piece lemon pepper wings. If you like drinking sauce straight from the bottle with each bite of your chicken wing, order their wings. The pizza was ok, just ok.

Completely disgusting place. I ordered online, and when I got there, the "manager" said someone called and canceled my order. Which was a lie. After my card was charged already. After a lengthy conversation, they made my order. However, when I was leaving another employee said the manager canceled it because I didn't leave a big enough tip. I did a pick up order like what? Place was dirty and the employees were so stoned they couldn't even comprehend what I was saying.

Went sunday to place a take out order. Met at door by 3 young workers outside smoking. And it wasnt cigarettes The one gentle open the door said well back to work what can I get for you? I ordered a pizza and some cheese sticks and the order came to more than the cash I have brought into the store upon looking at the store. It was very dirty inside there was pizza dough uncovered, just sitting out on the counter that had a fly on it. There was flower everywhere. Nothing cleaned up looking nice and neat at all, so I never placed that order. I told them forget the order and I’ll place it online and have it delivered later. It was my story because I was not gonna eat from that place that just looked totally dirty inside and the three workers outside not possibly in the right frame of mind to even work or do their job correctly and not get hurt. I will never order from this Papa John’s ever.

Ordered pizza for delivery. Delivery time stated 5:22 (45 min out from order time). My order got here 20 min later at 5:40pm and it was cold. Papa John’s uses Door Dash as their delivery which is terrible. I tracked my order as the papa John’s is about 8-10 min drive from my location but this driver went a complete opposite way, I’m assuming to deliver other food. Aside from my order being late I didn’t get what I ordered. I ordered the “New York style crust pizza with pepperoni and bacon” and all i got was a cheese pizza with no pepperoni.

Lets just say all the the reviews are accurate. Just moved here and will never order from here again. Pizza was freezing cold and came about 30 min later than expected. The toppings were just thrown on there. It looked like the cheese was never even melted. My pepperoni pizza had barely any pepperoni and some slices didnt even have cheese! You can tell theyre very careless! Called to tell them and they kept answering then putting it on hold without even asking me to hold. Happened for about 30 min then I never called back. I was annoyed that I used 10.00 of my rewards as well. As you can see they dont even respond to your reviews. Huge disappointment!
