2nd visit to this restaurant, and it was just as good as the first time. The oxtails; divine, the jerk chicken; suburb. We will go back every time we're in Vegas!!

Best Jamaican food you'll ever have...but God damn are they expensive!!!!! I'd eat here everyday if it wasn't for the price

The atmosphere was genuinely enjoyable; clean, festive, and inviting. The décor and overall vibe set the right tone for what I hoped would be a positive dining experience.

Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the environment. From the moment I arrived, I didn’t feel welcomed or acknowledged, which was disappointing given the otherwise pleasant setting.

In addition, the restaurant did not have several of the menu items I was interested in. I chose a dish directly from their posted menu only to be told it was sold out, despite it being the beginning of the week and still two hours before closing. This raised questions about preparation and inventory management, and it took away from the overall experience.

The potential for a great visit was definitely there...good ambiance and a clean space..but the lack of customer engagement and limited menu availability made the visit less enjoyable than expected. With improvements in service and consistency in menu offerings, this place could truly shine.

Paradise Place is a fun, funky, cool place on tuesday nights. A local open mike night, with great hosts/ MC, & great band, that brings out armature & professional talent for an entertaining night. For a $20 spending Food & beversge minimum...The service & food is normally very good on tuesday nights... Good bartender & manager. Other nights from 2 to 4 ****

I never dine in, always place my order to go. They never disappoint. My go to meal is the oxtails with red beans and rice. It is full of flavor and super delicious. Plus the portion size is huge. I have also tried their jerk wings and they are pretty good a well.

I have attempted to come to this place 2 times now and never have experienced any great customer service. Each time I walk in I have waited 15 plus min for someone to come from the back and acknowledge me. Mind you, the place is empty 1 couple at the table. When they do finally come out it takes an additional 10 mins to actually greet me. When asked to order oxtails to go she rudely stated they are out of oxtails I left . This last time I actually took my 7 year old son with me. I asked for a booth the lady stated “we don’t sit kids in the booth” I’m confused so I asked again for a booth thinking maybe she thought I said bar. She reiterated “we don’t sit kids in booths” ??? I’m confused why a kid can’t be seated in a booth but whatever I allowed her to sit me at a table. The restaurant is pretty empty for the amount of time I have to wait for her to take my order or atleast drink order. Then to make matters worse the music is EXTREMELY loud. Way too loud for only a total of 6 people in a restaurant. We not be going back. And hate to say idk how this place is going to make it. I definitely don’t recommend. They need trying on how to manage a restaurant and have customer service.

This place was really good!! I have no complaints. Food was hot, and had a good taste to it. My husband and I both got ox tail plates with pineapple drinks. And I also got a beef patty and it all tasted really good. Definitely planning on going back to try their stewed chicken.

Service was absolutely terrible. I ended up walking out. I sat for 20 minutes waiting for a menu when I finally got a menu. They never came to take my order. The waitress kept walking past me, even after raising my hand for help. DO NOT go here. I was constantly ignored and I could tell it was on purpose. The restaurant was half empty with plenty of stuff walking past. Even another customer addressed it.

The customer service was very great and the food was amazing. The oxtails were delicious with thick gravy and the jerk chicken was fresh and jerk sauce was hot with great flavor. The restroom was also clean.

Rude customer service. Food was old and re-warmed to me. I Won't be back. I wanted my $50 back.
