It’s decent but way overpriced, $26 bucks for jerk chicken plate is crazy. If the pricing was more reasonable I’d eat here more. If I’m going to pay high end restaurant prices I’m gonna eat at one.
So, we came here to celebrate my mom’s birthdate.
Upon entry, we were immediately greeted. Our party size was 10, including a little human. We were quickly seated and then helped once our entire party arrived.
There were unfortunately a lot of disappointments with this visit such as the oxtail entree running out (one of our guest couldn’t order this), there only being one veggie patty remaining, and completely no seafood options as advertised on the menu (three of our guest with the inclusion of myself had our heart set on the snapper). Then, the drinks were advertised by the waiter as though they were authentic Jamaican drinks, however, these were predominantly store bought drinks that could be bought anywhere rather than drinks made in house or at a Caribbean store.
I ended up ordering the jerk chicken which was good and spicy, however, the rice and cabbage wasn’t anything spectacular or truly memorable.
Overall, I left here disappointed.
The service here was just okay. They seemed to only have two workers for the entire restaurant. We also wished they would have led with all dishes that were not available, when asked.

I was a little disappointed in the oxtails, rice and
beans dry, cabbage no taste, I will not order from this restaurant again…

The service was horrible. Rude . Food was old and expensive. I'll stick with Red lobster any day. Why open a restaurant if you are going to be rude to your customers. I was going to throw a party at this restaurant but not anymore.

I order 2 plates and a beef patty and my patty had a huge bite on the other sides. That’s so nasty for now on I will be checking my patty’s
Overprices and bland food. Bad customer service.
Firstly, I am vegetarian, so the only meal option available was Callaloo, which comes with saltfish. As a vegetarian, I would've wanted plantains instead of fish, however a side of plantains was $12 and far more plantain than one person would need with a meal.
Originally, a male host took my order and was very polite. He let me know they wouldn't sub saltfish for plaintain, but ended up giving me a small half of a half of plaintain as consolation for me paying for saltfish.
I took my food to a suite next door and came back to order a side of plantain. This is where things went south because the male host was not there and the female staff were extremely rude. The first woman denied selling sides of plantain, though, it is featured on the menu for a ridiculous price. From there I asked to purchase sauce (FOR THE BLAND FOOD - perhaps the flavor was supposed to come from the saltfish) no bbq. I asked to purchase a hot sauce. They told me I couldn't purchase a hot sauce, that its only for paying customers (as though they didn't see me purchase $25 worth of VEGETABLES) Finally I was given a hot sauce for fee.
The venue is cozy with personalized decor that creates a nice aesthetic. But unless you want expensive, average tasting food, with rude staff, I would 9/10 not recommend this dining experience to anyone.

12/26/24 spent $27 for an uber to drive to this Jamaican restaurant just for it to be closed. Their website said it was open.

The jerk chicken was extremely dry and the rice wasn’t good as well. The service was good but the food wasn’t good so unfortunately I would not come back. :(

My first time dining here, my wife had a taste for some of the food she grew up on. I have to say first a shout-out to our server, Shernette! Who was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. Now about the food. Absolutely delicious! I had the ox tails, peas, and rice. My wife had the combo - ox tails, curry chicken, and a side order of plantain, which we shared. The spices were right and tight, and the ox tails were tender and juicy and falling off their bone. For dessert, we had Rum cake and Rum Raisin ice cream, which was also delicious! Las Vegas Casino-owned restaurants take note: "You know who you are." this is how you serve food to your paying customers. I highly recommend this place if you enjoy a lovely ambiance and delicious Caribbean food!
