Ordered a birthday cake for my wife, the Box handle broke spoke to manager, Helen who told me too bad. All sales are final even though it was their box that broke. Even the employees there felt bad and wanted to exchange the cake, but Helen being such a good customer service manager offered 20% off another cake said I must’ve mishandled the box. I went to 85° bakery. They turned around and honored the 20% off on the cake and took care of everything. We order on an average 4 to 5 cakes per month at $50 a cake that business will now go to 85° bakery.

Oh my, I got a French grilled cheese that was at least 3" thick. It looked great in the case. I had it warmed, but it was hard and inedible. The lady reheated it to where the outside was close to being burnt, but the inside was still cold and hard. It was terrible. Tossed it out and left. Won't be returning. Worst $8 sandwich in Vegas.

i order online, i spend $50 and they don'y send me a goog packaging they semd me everything in a bag, with those type prf orders they should send you the bread in a box not in a single bag
