Parsley Modern Mediterranean on W Tropicana is truly one of the best spots in Las Vegas, and the night crew deserves every bit of recognition. Every time I walk in, they are incredibly inviting, caring, and genuinely hospitable in a way that feels rare these days. They listen, they pay attention to the small details, and they always make you feel like you are more than just another customer. You feel welcomed, appreciated, and taken care of from the moment you step inside. The atmosphere is warm, the service is quick and thoughtful, and it is clear that the team truly loves what they do. It turns a good healthy meal into a consistently great experience. I highly recommend visiting during the night shift because they create something genuinely special.

The food was good but the service wasn't the best. You could barely hear or understand what she was saying. Then as we were going through the line the roof was leaking on some of the food and she said nothing. Obviously we skipped anything in that area.

Every time I visit Parsley Mediterranean, I have a great experience! Nas is incredibly energetic, helpful, and friendly — he really makes guests feel welcome. It’s rare to see someone so passionate about what they do. The owner should definitely keep him around; he’s a great asset to the team. Highly recommend this place!

The food was excellent. So good ! The menu was confusing and hard to read . The restraint was crowded and noisy. Don't go there for the ambiance or the service. It's quick food. It's like a fast food restaurant. So good. Go there for the food if you're hungry and you want excellent food top quality, that's the place to go. And when you're finished eating you're going to feel good. Not sick. Good food that tastes good and makes you feel good. I highly recommend the place

Food is very dry, shish kebab is good, However tabulei has no flavor, baclava is very dry. For 2 people, $50 it's way overpriced for food.That is not even worth it.
We will not come comeback for dry un-tasty food.
Save your money, You can find other better flavored mediterranean restaurants nearby.

I want to start by saying I genuinely love the food here. But today was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had anywhere. The two women working on October 25th around 4:30 PM made me feel like I was a burden just for ordering. They were passive aggressive, dismissive, and rude for no reason. It completely ruined what’s usually a great experience.

The Friday closing shift is AMAZING! I planned to get there sooner, but didn’t arrive until the doors were closing for the night. They still let me in despite of and offered me top tier service.

The portions are huge. 2 people can easlier share. The menu is a mediterranean selection of ingredients. I love their basmati rice with the dressed salad greens.
