What horrible service from the girl they have serving. I brought my parents to try the bread, which has always been very good, but it's always the same with that woman they have serving. Change it! He is horrible at serving you, he doesn't say good morning, afternoon, or evening, he leaves and leaves you talking to yourself, it seems like he doesn't want to sell you and always has a tired attitude! I'm sure I'm not the first to report this. I have many Colombian friends in Las Vegas who say the same thing. The bread is very delicious but the service is HORRIBLE.
P.S.: what a pity for the girl, it is nothing against her person but rather the way she provides the service. By the way, I asked him for bread flour cakes and he gave me wheat flour cakes.

First and foremost not trying to sound stereotypical but if you don’t really know any Spanish it can be difficult to communicate with some of the staff. Someone like me who barely knows any Spanish I used a google translate and it helped a lot. Now to the review part. I got the churros Arequipe and the churros Guayana. Both of them were very good and had some nice filling inside. I would suggest going in the morning hours because one time I went in the afternoon and they had limited selection but also some of the pastries were dried out. It isn’t surprising as the pastries are baked fresh daily in the morning so as the day goes on from just sitting out in the case I can see why the filling was very dry. I went back to try In the morning the same pastries and they were 10x better since they were fresh. I definitely do suggest this place. I’m definitely going back again and again and then some.

Horrible service from a girl with glasses. Serving without desire to serve. Coming from Chicago and No gave information that it was time to register to wait for the fritters. We waited more than 20 minutes and it was because of another girl who told us, the food was very simple. Bad attention. And you can see the disorder of the staff in the background. I hope it improves because I had good recommendations

I bought 1 dulce de leche bun and 1 guava bun. Both buns barely had any filling in them. 99% of the bun was just plain bread. They only put minimal filling on the sides of the bun so it looks like the bun is filled, but that’s a lie. Is this normal?
Also, a lot of the desserts do not have the prices listed.

The only bad thing I saw today in this place where I went to buy donuts was the poor service of the lady who works at the cash register, I don't know her name, she is a lady with glasses, she serves in a rude, negligent, unfriendly manner and she doesn't care. She likes to be asked a lot about what they sell there in the bakery, and I don't think the lady is Colombian, we Colombians don't handle that lack of empathy and lack of respect towards other people, she shouldn't be there with that attitude that I had today to serve, I don't think I will return to that place to eat.

The best. Awesome staff and baked goods. I love their coffee too, I’m not a fan of the usual fancy coffee drinks with a ton of sugar. I used to come here on the regular but that wasn’t good for my waistline lol, I miss it! Still try to make it once a month. Please support small businesses like this one!

Music on point. I was bopping. Vibe was good and nice decorations. Empanadas were banging and so was the tres leches. Gloria helped me out and was the best! Let me order in Spanish and said I was good. Such a nice lady! Coffee was strong too it helped me before my training session! Definitely will be coming back again!
