This place is an absolute gem in the Las Vegas Valley. I’ve been ordering from Past Mia for nearly a decade. Delicious food and great customer service. The only Italian restaurant we order from. Chefs kiss!

The restaurant was empty. I attempted to order a side salad and was told I couldn’t without ordering a $20 entree. Fine, I don’t need to pay $8 for a side salad. My husband ordered a meal and wanted to give me the Cesar salad that came with it. The waiter informed us that if I ate the salad he would have to charge me a $10.95 split charge. He was fuming and we walked out. Now we understand why the restaurant was empty. The hostess was the only good thing about this dump!!!!

Poor service. Food is not the same as Pasta mia West. It's not as flavorful as the west for some odd reason. Go to Pasta Mia West instead.

We've had lunch here several times and prior to this visit, we've had great experiences. This time, the service was slow (we were the only ones there at that moment) and my chicken Ceasar salad was average at best. We'll be back based on prior visits, but not based on our most recent.

We discovered this place by accident one night when we didn't want to go to the strip. OMG am I glad we did! It was without a doubt the best meal we had during our 8 day stay. I had Lasagna. It was made with a meat sauce and bechamel sauce and was dripping with melted cheese. The salad dressing is house made Italian and was absolutely some of the best I've ever tasted. My tiramisu covered in fresh made whipped cream was delightful. Our server was Holly and she was the best! She was friendly and very attentive to our needs. We enjoyed chatting with her very much. She shared some Las Vegas insider info with us that we greatly appreciated. I would eat here every night!

Where to start. We picked this place through Groupon for location to an event we went to. Everything was AMAZING!! Our server Holly was inviting, pleasant and had nice small talk. We were seated immediately (it was a bit slow which made it kind of nice) and Holly instantly offered us breads, specials and normal items. The food was delivered quickly and the portions, taste and presentation were phenomenal. The ambience was nice as well. I could go on and on about this place but we were so overwhelmed at how everything was just perfect and fantastic. You'll have to visit for yourself to see. I know we will be back with or without Groupon.

Service was pretty good but the food was mediocre, slightly worse than Olive Garden. Our chicken and veal dishes were over-cooked and dry. The bread was probably from the grocery-store with some oil and seasonings added. The worse part is the prices that did not match quality.

Great food and terrific ambiance. If you're in the mood for authentic Italian cuisine with first class service then this is the place. Perfect for a romantic date night or dinner for a large group. Look up a Groupon special to save a few dollars or check-in on yelp for a lunch special. Save room for a slice of spumoni ice cream pie, it's amazing. RECOMMENDED

Really a cute place. Our waiter was great, made good recommendations. He laughed when I asked for an Aperol Spritz, wasn't sure if they had it! But he found some! Need to keep it in stock! One of the best apertivos in Italy. Will certainly be back!!!

A wide variety of Italian dishes are served here, and our orders included soup or salad and garlic bread at a very reasonable price. The tables had linen cloths and napkins, and the wait staff were well dressed and attentive. We enjoyed our dinners and will return for more. NOTE: check out Groupon for a discount while they build their business at this location.

Very friendly staff, nice ambience. I asked for Oso Buco which is not on the menu and our waitress checked with the chef. The next thing I knew, I had a plate of the most delicious Oso Buco in front of me. My wife had the baked fish and loved it. Drinks were good too. We have been back several times and will be back again.

The restaurant is beautiful and the service was excellent. It was New Year's Eve and I was one of many locals that was staying home so I ordered take out from Pasta Mia.I ordered meatballs and penne, garlic bread, and spumoni to go. They were very careful about how they wrapped everything which I so appreciate. My food made it home in tact. LolThe taste. The food was fine. Honestly, it's difficult to rate any Italian restaurant because my late Grandmother from Southern Italy was an amazing cook. But Pasta Mia was better than any other Italian restaurant I've eaten at here in Vegas. The four stars is because of the meatballs. I think others may love them if they didn't have a Nonna like mine. I would recommend.

We were looking forward to an excellent Italian dinner. 5 out of 6 people didn't like the food. Not flavorful. Shrimp was over cooked and scallops were under cooked. I've cooked alot of Italian food at home that's 100 times better. I'm not trying to be harsh but if I'm looking through reviews, I want an honest review. The Cherry on top was finding out about a month before we ate there, HEALTH INSPECTOR HAD SHUT PASTA MIA EAST DOWN. If we would have known that before hand we'd never have eaten there. We ate there at the end of October 2022.

"You try to come up with new ideas, but in the end, people just want to eat Italian food" says American restaurateur Stephen Starr. Pasta Mia East certainly is a hidden gem. They're located on Spencer and Tropicana, right next to Cuba Café. Parking is limited. During dinner, it's not as busy. They will bring a basket of complimentary garlic bread which is crisp, buttery, and delicious. There is an additional charge if you do want more bread (+$2.99). The dinner menu does offer a nice selection of appetizers, salad, chicken, seafood, and pasta. I ordered from the Specialty Dishes and opted for Chicken Piccata ($21.99) which was immensely flavorful! The meat was moist and tender, it had sautéed mushrooms in a lemon butter caper sauce, fork tender carrots and potatoes. The entrée was served with a choice of soup or salad, and a side of Penne Pomodoro. The house salad was pretty simple, it had crisp romaine lettuce and tomatoes dressed in a creamy Italian vinaigrette and topped with grated Parmesan cheese. Server will offer to add freshly ground pepper which was a nice enhancement. The Penne Pomodoro was also very simple. I was hoping the pasta would be cooked in sauce, but it was served as a plain Penne pasta with a dollop of marinara and fresh chopped basil. As for dessert, the Tartufo ($6.99) was delightful! It's like a sweet chocolate truffle but with caramel flavored ice cream, the chocolate shell had crushed almonds and there's a garnish of whipped cream, maraschino cherry, strawberry and chocolate drizzle, it was yummy! Overall, the service from Wesson was courteous and polite. I can understand how work can be exhausting however, it still would have been nice if he was more welcoming and personable. Nonetheless, the food and service was good.
