I'll admit, I'm always a little skeptical of any restaurant deal I find on Groupon, but Pasta Mia West is a fabulous Italian restaurant not too far from from the Strip, and less than a mile from the Rio where I was staying. Interior was romantic and classic Italian American decor and fun mural of Venice. Staff was extraordinarily friendly, best service we had in a long while. All entrees come with soup or salad, a lost art! Complimentary garlic rolls were buttery happiness!

$28 Orange Roughy...perfectly sautéed fish fillet, breaded, in a lovely lemon butter garlic sauce.

$24 Eggplant Parmesan...lovely roasted eggplant slices covered in mozzarella and marinara sauce sauce.

$10 Spumoni ice cream cake...as amazing and delicious as it sounds, and beautiful!

I don't normally do Italian, but this has the absolute best chicken marsala I've ever had. I will 100% be coming back here next time I'm visiting Vegas!

It was a very good Veal Marsala... but not a Veal Saltimbocca at all.... pity that!

I was at Pasta Mia West last night and was very impressed! The red sauce was so flavorful. I has linguini & clams and my husband had the Portavino. We both loved the sauce on the pasta and would go back again. A bit far away but worth the drive.

My wife and I were huge fans of the Pasta Mia (now closed) on East Tropicana and had never visited the one on West Flamingo, and were looking forward to having our anniversary there hoping it was just as good or better. Although it was not terrible it was not as good as we expected. Atmosphere and price was fine. Service was good. The food fell below our expectation in comparison with what the east location was. It was not bad but simply put, we could do about the same or better at home. We were thankful that the garlic bread was perfect, but the meal was simply okay, nothing special. If you are looking for a moderately priced meal with a good atmosphere then it's not a bad choice, but, alas, it has dropped from our list of places to go for a great Italian experience.

Although the food is very good, there was a 4% surcharge on the total bill which included the tax for not using cash. I will not be going back.

Great atmosphere for the location. Walking up the building and exterior look fairly standard, buy once inside the interior looks great and like a top notch Italian restaurant. The food and service were great. And was way better than what I expected coming in. Overall I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

I wanted to love this place and the food, but ended up a little disappointed. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. I got the Portofino with white wine. It tasted a little dirty and fishy. My husband got the chicken parmagiano and each of us were not that impressed with it based off of other's reviews. The waiter was nice, but we felt deserted a few times and it wasn't that busy. I did enjoy the slice of spumoni. If I lived in Vegas, I doubt I would go back. Not the best and not the worst either. For the price tag, I expected to give 5-stars.
