However, upon delivery, I received a pepperoni pizza instead. Despite numerous attempts to contact the delivery person and the store, I received no response or assistance.Furthermore, when I tried to explain the situation to the store, the communication was hindered by interference, and despite confirming my ability to speak Spanish, I was left on hold with no further assistance.This lack of response and failure to rectify the mistake has left me deeply disappointed. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service processes to prevent similar experiences in the future.

This has been the worst food I have ever ate....the wings were so horrible that immediately tasted like we would have food poisoning...ask for extra sauce and fried hard...got the worst wings ever made the little sauce on them was by far the most disgusting and the wings tasted unclean.I wouldn't feed this to dogs. Also ordered ribs meal, pizza...the ribs were more edible barely than the wings but were given very little fries that were hard even though there was supposed to be extra fries....only edible thing was pizza somewhat decent

Pizza was delivered to our hotel and was lukewarm. The driver had other orders so it might've been the reason why it wasn't hot (we had to meet him downstairs at the valet area). He also tried getting us to tip extra on top of the delivery charge. We only ordered from this place because someone had left a flyer at our door at the Flamingo. Overall the pizza was good and so was the zucchini sticks but delivery was so so. Next time we'll just go and pick it up ourselves. We were trying to "save money" but we should've just gone out to eat at the many eateries nearby.

My order took 2 hours and 48 mins to arrive. I ordered spaghetti with sausage and a side salad. Was told 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. At the 2 hr mark I called just to be told that my order was on its way. I called back at 2.5 hrs to cancel the order and was told a manager had to do that and they weren't in today. My order arrived and it was two Italian subs with fries. It wasnt worth the hassle to call a third time. The fries were cold and the bread was hard.

This place is horrible, the customer service is trash!!! My boyfriend and I tried to call about an order we placed and we got hung up on twice after waiting over an hour and and half for 14 wings and 1 pizza. we just wanted to know if we could have a fresh pizza if our Uber eats driver was taking forever and a day to pick up our food. The guy we spoke to seemed to be really frustrated which is not my fault and the Uber eats driver didn't seem to care that shes' been paid and we've been waiting for food for over an hour and 30 minutes. BTW, I live maybe 3-5 minutes away from this place. The people are just to nasty. I would give this place no starts if I could.

I ordered hot wings. Not only did it take well over an hour despite being told 30-40 minutes, but the wings were DRY. completely DRY. Not just in terms of the quality of the meat, but as in there was a grand total of ZERO sauce on them. I had to go back downstairs to the resort casino, to a completely random and unaffiliated bar and grill, JUST to get some buffalo sauce from THEM. When I order hot wings, I expect them to be TOSSED IN HOT OR BUFALLO SAUCE. Or to at LEAST have the sauce on the side. But no. Not here. Tiny, pathetic, dry, sandpapery chicken with absolutely NO sauce to help its case whatsoever.To top it all off It cost well over 20 dollars after their ridiculous $9 delivery fee.Spare yourselves the trouble and dissatisfaction, I don't often recommend it, but DoorDash or Uber Eats would be a far better option than these guys.
