I order a dark roast cup of coffee with whole milk. The coffee was stronger than usual. So I return to the pick up window and requested more milk. The barista was finishing a latte so I suggested the hot milk instead of the cold. She poured a touch of milk and when I asked for more she said she'd have to charge me for the hot milk. I was surprised by her remark so I asked for cold milk, she gave me a look and suggested hot water to weaken the coffee. I reply no, I prefer the cold milk. She was extremely rude, this would not happen at starbucks.

Modern and spacious. Friendly staff with a funny wifi password. Nice selection of breakfast pastries. And the coffee, well if you drink Peets you know. Nicely designed outdoor sitting area with unique shading. Lounged and enjoyed a large coffee to ambient background music. Relaxing. I say check it out.Parking: Large parkinglot for the complex.

A friend and I went in for a little coffee and a snack after our hike and were greeted by the nicest staff at this location! Reg, who worked the cash register, was so cute and helpful! She steered us to a fabulous quiche I think it was the Florentine, a delicious pecan and chocolate chip cookie and some kind of pistachio pastry. Everything was delicious and fresh (and they heated your items if you wished)... and then we moved down the line to Maryanne, the barista, who made our decaf latte's which were absolutely delicious. Pete's coffee is piping hot, has a lovely velvety texture and smooth flavor, unlike the other guys whose tastes burnt... Maryanne was also delightful and makes a mean cup of Joe! what a great stop for a late breakfast-lunch! and they have a drive through! We choose the outdoor patio to enjoy some Vegas sunshine and our goodies!

The store was clean and had many comfortable places to sit, both indoor and outdoor. **That's where the good stuff ends. The cashier (young Asian girl) had a angry look on her face and a very rude attitude was very impatient when she took our order ( 2 breakfast sandwiches, a fruit tea and iced coffee), she rushed us and then got annoyed because she didn't even pay attention when I asked for a green tea refresher with Lemon flavor and got upset when she had to ask a second time. The breakfast sandwiches were absolutely disgusting- akin to what might be served in a county jail ( I can only imagine) bland/ pasty hard bread, undercooked "precooked bacon", nearly non existent cheese and rubbery egg. It was a complete disappointment. Peet's was our go to for a while and now it's deeply disappointing that it's so bad.

This place is a scam! I have been trying to collect points through the app and they never want to or know how to scan the barcode. On top of that they always charge me different prices for the same drink. When you ask them why the price is different they all tell you something different like that’s with taxes or special modifications which is obvious and anyone would understand, however when you keep charging different prices for the same drink and having different explanations which makes no sense then it’s obvious the store staff and supervisor needs training and to operate on a corporate level. I will not be returning to this store again.
