They use soy sauce made in China.
They very well know that they are at the airport i.e. no patronage, no repeat customers.
With that said, one of the worst food that I have had. They put sweet teriyaki sauce in everything, no matter what you order. The noodles/rice were undercooked. Chicken felt as if it was fried ages ago, giving it very weird oily taste and chewy texture.
We ordered 4 dishes for our family for our return flight, slept empty stomach, ended up throwing all 4.
never again I order Mongolian steak I paid 19$ I get fried rice with vegetables no meat and the lady told me yo wanna meet you have to buy one more try I tried to pay for just extra meet but no you have to buy from beginning mean asian or Chinese people never again not recommend this place
The meals are $15 a plate and I received 8 little nuggets of orange chicken which was way too few but what really prompted this review was the teriyaki chicken; it was hard as rock and couldn't be chewed! This was by no means the fault of the staff, they were great and didn't hesitate to try and right the wrong by swapping the meal out with another dish (the chicken fried rice also wasn't great but at least it was edible), but it must be difficult for the staff when the portion size instructions and quality of food they are given to cook with are so low...
It’s a Pei Wei in an airport. You can fill up on decent Kung Pao Chicken for $15. Enjoy!
Worst teriyaki hi Ken I have ever had. It doesn’t even resemble it. It tasted like freeze dried chicken from a few years ago and just add water and sauce to rejuvenate it. Don’t eat it. Threw it out. 23 for this and a spring roll. Fried rice was mushy and tasted slightly better than the crap chicken. But not enough to eat.
Reasonable food and drinks, taste is good, the Japanese decoration is gorgeous and the price is fair!
This place is way understaffed and always seems to have a long wait for food. It would be nice if there management staffed more people to alleviate the stress on there employees.
Don't waste your money here. The chicken is hard and tasteless. Most likely this is just called Asian but truly isn't
If you want to miss your flight it's perfect.
Great. Asked for no sauce. They put an open sauce cup into my food container so it spilled all over. Threw it away. Never again.

There was a 20 minute wait that the cashier informed me of BEFORE ordering which I LOVED. At that point, I was able to choose if I was able to wait. The gentleman who was the cashier was pleasant and friendly. The food was hot and tasted fresh. The fried rice could've used some salt but nothing the soy sauce packets couldn't fix! Wasn't half bad for airport food.

Ordered fried rice, was later told it will take 20 mins or more to make it, requested a refund from them, their response were they can’t refund it unless the manager is here, that is the lamest excuses I have ever heard like I never got my food it was never made, I was also in danger of missing my connecting flight, however i end up leaving the place (never got my refund, never got anything just paid $15 for nothing) unacceptable service whoever is the manger should be fired too, according to the staff he/she’s gone all day, in one of the busiest airport manager is missing
Manager women had the worst attitude and rude.
My husband and I thought that it was one of the best Pei Wei meals we have eaten and we eat at Pei Wei quite often.
Airport PEI Wei. Excellent breakfast. I didn't know that Pei Wei serves breakfast.
