No options for pescatarians/vegetarians.I asked for a rice and vegetable stir fry and I got it drenched in teriyaki sauce.. for $16.50 I expected better quality but instead I got sauce soup with frozen vegetables! Customer service was horrible.

These workers are terrible.the cook and the cashier both ignorant and RUDE! Get them out of there !asked for lomein with no veggies they gave me noodles with no sauce at all after they specially asked me if I wanted sauce!? Then when I asked them to correct it they both made a scene saying “we aren’t gonna make this again “ when y’all are the ones who messed it up ! The worst people to be working for your business 0 stars

When I connect through LV, I stop here now and then. It's hit or miss at best, this was a big miss. Kung Pao Chicken had unlisted ingredients, and that was a shame. The service is usually iffy at best, but when the food is also off, it's just best to pass.

note to self: their broccoli and beef is too salty. get the chicken. u know u want it.also most airport restaurants suck and this is slightly better than the others, thats the only reason its getting 4 stars

I ordered the orange chicken… there was no chicken. Just breading. Flavor was off, and for 15$ it was definitely not worth the price.

Pei Wei is located at gate E. The chicken Chowmein tastes very salty. They over-seasoned the chicken and deep-fried it, making it tough to chew. The Chowmein soy sauce tastes a little strange.

I travel a lot and I've never seen an employee at an airport restaurant as good as Johnathan. The kitchen was backed up and there was a long line, but my goodness, this man took charge and he can hustle! He moved through the line not only quickly, but with outstanding customer service. He let us know there would be a wait of 10-15 minutes because of all the orders. That's so important at an airport with people needing to make it to their gates on time. He also took pride in his job and the restaurant. Communication was excellent. He told every person their order number and made sure they all had the proper utensils. I was very surprised at him. He was fantastic. I would hire him for my business if I lived here.

Ordered teriyaki. Bad oil and/or sauce. caused tummy ache and gas within an hour. Tiny portions: meat swimming in oil and kiosk is so slow and confusing. Concourse E needs better options.
