Today on the holiday Labor day . the service was horrible. entire order was wrong. the cashier and the person taking the order was rude and not helpful. the home office should look at the staff that worked Labor Day at 2 pm . they need training and retraining. We could not even cook our food the plates were not 🔥 to be able to cook the meat . I will be reaching out to home office . Also we were not even giving a receipt and they would not willing to reprint our receipt. 60

Customer service wasn’t good. I went there with my family. There were not a lot of customers that time so , I was glad to find a seat right away. I sat together with my son and daughter while my husband was at the counter to place an order for us. From across their counter, one of the staff member (she’s Asian) told me that we cannot seat yet because we haven’t ordered yet. She said we can go back to that table after we’re done ordering.
