The food is great but the customer service is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend it to any of my friends since the staff is very rude.

This is my first time at pepper lunch and i ordered the sizzling curry. curry comes separate and cooks on the hot plate when served which allows the meal to absorb the curry taste. Delicious! i recommend dining-in for this experience.

I am Japanese. The local flavors are reproduced to a very high level. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is very relaxing, with Japanese-style music playing. It was an amazing experience to be able to enjoy this flavor in Las Vegas.

1st time at this restaurant. Establishment was clean. Good customer service. Food was good. Parking is horrible on a Saturday night. It was a little pricey for the amount of food they give. It comes out on a sizzling bowl so it was very hot. Had to cool it down for about 5 minutes so I dont burn my taste buds off. Definitely must try atleast once.

Tasty, flavorful. I always order classic beef rice and miso soup. need to be patient, food is burning hot.Parking: The Shanghai plaza is very busy. It's always difficult to get in and out. Especially near Pepper lunch. The dumpsters are in the parking lot and always full, smelly.

The beef had really bad pieces of thick fat and connective tissue that was impossible to chew. There was a mound a black pepper hiding in the rice. Too much by anyone's standards. The dishes were inconsistent as the eel dish actually came out ok. I felt like I wasted my money.

Overall not bad. Had curry with chicken and overall flavor was pretty good. Okay sized portions for the price. Staff was nice, but pretty unprofessional. Mostly standing around and talking to each other doing nothing. Apparently one of them can connect to the music in the building I guess and was playing dubstep and changed the volume on a few occasions. I get it’s was dead but if you’re going to goof off maybe don’t do it in front of customers.

Went to lunch with my teen daughter. We both loved our meals. I had the seafood pepper rice with onion rings, she had chicken kimchi with cheese and fries. The onion ring batter is phenomenal. I just wish I had more. The quality of the food is awesome. Fun experience with the sizzling plates. We can't wait to return again and try more options.

Food was smelled so good I started eating before taking a picture. And it tasted so great I devoured it. All the staff was friendly and personable. They had dance Gavin dance and other emo tunes playing too which I loved. All around very happy and will definitely return many times.
