Service was horrible from the time we got there to the time left. The hostess tried to say they didn't have our reservation that was confirmed using Open Table, she was extremely rude. The service was awful. They forgot an appetizer, never came back to give drink refills, we had to flag down the waitress several times, food took over an hour to come to the table and then they forgot to bring the rice with the meals. It then took another 10 minutes to get the rice, which at that point half the kids were done eating and wanted to leave because they were tired. All around bad service, we will likely not go back.

Had a wonderful time Celebra mom‘s birthday. Food was excellent atmosphere very nice restaurant clean. Unfortunately server was first day serving and very overwhelmed with everything. I know server will get better. It will be a star at this location.

Getting our bill was inexplicably delayed. Received the wrong check. Getting the correct check and completing payment took an inordinate amount of time.

Paula, our waitress, was excellent. Two of us had very good firecracker shrimp, one had pepper chicken which tasted ok and the fourth person had salmon with a tasty salad. Although she said the meal was very good, it took a while to get the salmon prepared. The salmon actually was delivered after her salad and our meals. The noise level was low which allowed us to carry on a conversation. We really enjoyed our experience at P F Chang's.

The service was great, the staff was very attentive and helpful on choosing food. However I feel the food just wasn't satisfying in taste enough to come back. It's common food you could grab from anywhere. There's nothing special about pf changs to be honest.
We had a great dinner experience today. My companion and I both had the wonton soup and lettuce wraps for dinner and it did not disappoint. We were happy and excited that P.F. Chang's brought back their original recipe lettuce wraps sauce and lettuce! Our server was super attentive and so sweet and made the evening that much nicer. Would love to give her a shout out, but unfortunately, I can't remember her name. Kudos to you, P.F. Chang's!

We went for the first time for my husband's birthday. We were greeted with a happy bday right away and a table was already set up for us with a signed bday card from the staff. Food was great, everyone was super friendly. Server was amazing and helpful. We got to pick a dessert and they sang happy bday. Overall great experience
