When we wanted to order no one with a helping smile approached us look like they are angry! Not saying " Hi! Can I help you?" We speak American language! if you have food place employees need to speak both other many customers who like to eat Filipino food love it we customers don't need to speak Filipino! Employee name Rowena M rude! When she rang me up she put my change on counter no receipt no saying" thank for coming!" Just walked away! Now we prefer other business evidently your employees not friendly to All customers! I'll share my experience with friends! They only proud to have a job but they are not proud to satisfy customers. Without customers you would not have business!!

Seven of us had breakfast here, tilapia. Mongo beans, bbq. Pancit... all was very tasty and served by friendly staff. It's cafeteria and grab and go style, but they also have places to sit and eat.

Rude older lady at food counter. Was willing to purchase a tray but walked because of her attitude & the rancid smell of their food. I don’t patronize businesses that talk down to potential customers.

We went here today (24th of December) to see if we can pick a small order of lumpia for tonight. There is a sign that says "12 pcs of lumpia, fried as ordered and only 3 minutes". And we tried to do that as that is the only amount we need - not everyone wants to eat a lot of fried food. We stood in line and waited for 10minutes to be helped (we understand that it is a busy day). Finally, our turn came and a guy named Jay asked us about our order. When we placed our order, he attempted to go to the kitchen to place our order but an older lady stopped him and asked us again about order. We said it again and the older lady said, "50 pcs only". And then she whispered to Jay, "too busy in the kitchen" and looked at us with some side-eye. Terrible customer service. She is basically saying that our order is too small and cheap so we don't want to help you right now - that is absolutely ridiculous if you are running a business. No matter how big or small, a sale is a sale. We also don't mind waiting if there is a need due to the busy nature of this day. We are grateful to the people who work on this kind of days as I have experienced that myself. But to absolutely just say no to a purchase when somebody is already trying to help us and intercept it. This lady is not upholding Phil House's standard of customer service that I always see posted up throughout the store when we go here. We waited in line, someone tried to help and he is already on the way to the kitchen and this lady stopped it. I understand if you can't do it at a faster time - then remove the sign and there is no need to whisper and do a side eye. To this lady, please don't treat people with that kind of snobby attitude especially on this day. You deserve a de-merit for that - if any of my staff ever did that, there is a conversation that is needed. We have been regulars in this place including the grocery store. We spend a lot here pretty much on a weekly basis. So, if she worries about us spending only a small amount for just one day (when we have spent a lot here on a regular basis) - then she shouldn't be manning the sales front. It has left a bad taste in my mouth and as much as this place has served as well in the past. We will absolutely not be coming back and look for another Filipino supermarket and restaurants where our money, time is appreciated and we won't have to deal with snobby front lady!

6 stars!!! It's 10:45am on a Monday and everything was just coming out of the kitchen steaming hot and fresh. The selection and variety is incredible!! There's nearly over 25 items to choose from chicken adobo, beef caldareta, pork dinuguan, bicol express, pancit, kiwaling, pinakbet, bistek, ginisang, tinola, mongo, sinigang, kaldareta kambing, fresh chicken or pork skewers, grilled squid, fried tilapia, sisig, kare kare, just to name a few!!!! I'm actually a regular here, and dine in the store a few times a month. My favorite is the beef caldareta. Thick 2x2 chunks of tender beef in a hearty tomato/liverwurst sauce with thick cut vegetables. The quality is great, and the food is authentic (coming from a Filipino). You see all types of ethnicities in line ordering the food, which is awesome and heartwarming. I'll usually buy a coconut water from the store before ordering my food and grab a dessert from Merienda the bakery located at the entrance of the store and their prices are too good. Merienda has huge ube carioca balls, banana turon for less than a dollar each, bibinka (cream cheese or smelt) for about $2.50 and they're fresh and delicious!!! Where else can you find a dessert for less than a dollar anywhere nowadays?? An American cupcake or cookie from Crumble (which aren't that good) goes for $3-5 each sometimes, and you're just tasting the same bland flavors that have been around for too long (chocolate chip, red velvet etc.). Not to mention, and this one is huge, especially coming from an ethnic grocery store, it's clean. All the workers are actually wearing hairnets and gloves and are constantly wiping things down as I've observed. (I hope they change them often). Prices are good too. I ordered the 2 entree combo with pork sinigang and kare kare and it came with rice for $14.99. Enough for one person with leftovers, so suitable 2 small eaters. Overall, great quality, hot/crispy/fresh authentic, clean food, for a good price. This place is a gem.

Was in town for a show and was craving some pancit. Found this gem and found what I was looking for and them some. They were friendly and helpful. I'd say they had the best tasting pork adobo I've had in a long time. Great portions for a great price. Thank you for the great food and fixing my craving. Oh..they have the best fattest vegetable lumpia's!

Good Filipino food, friendly service, and decent portions for the price. This location has more seating area than the one in the west side.

Decided to stop here today to check out this spot located inside of Island Pacific Seafood Market. Ordered the chicken bbq on a skewer and noodles that had ground meat mixed in with some eggs. The food was very tasty. Service was very friendly and fast. If you like seafood this place has a large variety of stuff to choose from.

Ordered Halo Halo Last night through Uber Eats around 7 pm and I'm pretty sure they didn't want to make it because they told Uber eats that I called and canceled my order. Not only did I get charged for it I wasn't able to receive the goods I paid for. Real lazy!

Yum!!! Love ordering Filipino food from here, I got Sinigang, Bicol Express, Munggo Guisado, and Fried Tilapia. It was all soooo good and satisfied my motherland cravings.

Good Filipino food to satisfy your hunger. Very friendly and helpful staff, service with a lot of smiles. Place is properly maintained and clean. Plenty of options to pick and if you're not familiar with the dishes, they will help you out.

Eating at PhilHouse at Silverado Ranch is always a good experience because of good and friendly servers. One in particular is Ada. Always giving service with a smile. This place makes you feel at home, the reason for returning over and over.

Food is OK, nothing special, but service is horrible. It seemed as if I was inconvenience to the employees there. That is what I am basing the 2 stars on.
