It’s unsanitary, two ladies were using their phone with gloves on and then went to handle the food.

I was waiting in line but they served 5 people before me, and they just came and join the line. Happened the first time I visited too.
I was feeling some filipino food on the way home from school. I yelped this location and decided to stop by. I forgot what I had but it's inside a filipino market with some seats to eat in store. There was a bit of a long line while waiting but not a big deal. Plenty of parking.

I was a big fan and used to brag about this place but my last 3 bad experience needs to address and noted by whoever owns that restaurant! First I have ordered my favorite ginataang langka it wasn't hot enough when served and tasted like it's been reheated from few days leftover still ate it and don't want to create an issue but later that afternoon I had a irregular bowel movement. Second, last mother's day I ordered their lechon belly it tasted sour and it was packed poorly that when one of my family member picked it up grease leaked all over the car! Today I just wanted to order 2 halo halo togo so I bypass the foodline I don't know if that girl on the cashier really cares about who is first to assist because I felt as if I didn't exist and let the girl behind me go first even that girl felt awkward because she knew I was ahead of her! No acknowledgement or apology and that order of mine took over 10 minutes to make. That was 3 strikes and no plan of going back there again!

I am new to the area, from the east coast, so I am not familiar with island food. I decided to order from you through Uber eats only because you are close to me. I didn't even know what I was ordering. I chose the 2 dish combo. Ordered 2 entrees that said pork and hoped for the best. You did not disappoint me. The flavors of the 2 entrees were amazing, unlike anything I've ever had before. The portions were so big I have enough for 3 separate meals. Thank you for a wonderful experience. You will be hearing from me again
Good Food.
On November 8, 2024, at precisely 6:29 PM, my friends and I arrived at PhilHouse, a restaurant situated at 317 N Nellis Blvd. The ambiance outside was inviting, and we were eager to examine their menu offerings. After reviewing the selections, we chose three combo meals, which amounted to $45.49, inclusive of tax. We noted an additional charge of $1.00 for each combo meal, which was unexpected, yet we attributed it to the dining experience.
Upon entering the establishment, however, our initial enthusiasm was diminished by the reception we received from the staff. They seemed to lack the warmth and cordiality typically associated with hospitality. The server who attended to our order appeared rushed and impatient, offering little in the way of a smile or engaging conversation. Her facial expressions conveyed a discernible annoyance, and when she briefly inquired if we required anything further, it appeared more as an obligation than a reflection of genuine customer care. This interaction was particularly disheartening for me, given my Filipino heritage, and it raised troubling questions regarding the perception and treatment of individuals from diverse backgrounds in such environments. It prompted contemplation regarding the existence of implicit biases that could lead to discomfort or alienation for patrons from various communities.
When the food was eventually served, my anticipation quickly transformed into disappointment. The presentation of the dishes lacked signs of freshness; they exhibited clear indications of having been reheated rather than freshly prepared. The meat was tough, and the vegetables appeared lackluster, devoid of the vibrant colors and crisp textures characteristic of meals prepared on-site. The overall flavor was unremarkable and bore hints of staleness, suggesting possible improper storage or prolonged exposure before serving. This disconcerting observation raised significant questions about their food safety protocols. From my perspective, this situation not only compromised our dining experience but also raised concerns regarding adherence to health regulations established by the Health Department. Serving reheated food that has not been properly stored can pose considerable health risks to consumers.
In light of these troubling experiences, I am unable to recommend PhilHouse to anyone contemplating a meal there. The inadequate service overshadowed the dining experience, yet it was the questionable food safety practices that truly raised significant concerns, particularly the possible serving of reheated leftovers instead of compliance with proper culinary standards. Such practices not only contravene health regulations set forth by the Nevada Health Department but also pose a serious threat to customer well-being. Overall, the combination of insufficient service and alarming food safety issues has left an indelible negative impression of our visit that I will carry with me.
So gross , was not what they showed was not with a picture picture. Just go somewhere else. They were not helpful. Just go somewhere else. 20 minutes later we were both sick.

I ordered cebuchon yesterday for my son's birthday because that was his request. We are so disappointed, because I ordered 1/2 and they gave us the whole cebuchon, but there's a catch on it, because the cebuchon that they gave us was not that good and it was an old item, it doesn't taste good and it has smelly thing. The meat was an old one, you can see, taste and smell. It's awful ?. They gave us the whole thing just for them to dispose and old stock. This will be the first and last time I will order cebuchon at PhilHouse.
If you like Filipino food, this place is definitely worth a visit.
