Came here for my last meal while in Vegas and was blown away but the quality, taste and atmosphere! The bubble tea was perfect, rivaling that of what you can get at a boba shop. The pearls were soft and the perfect sweet chew! Portions plentiful and taste of everything was spot on! Great service. Will come back again!

This is my first time here, and it was an incredible experience. The customer service is top-notch, friendly, and cares about the customer experience. Based on my experience with Vietnamese restaurants, the food is the best. Decoration inside will amaze you at first when you step into the restaurant. Thought I had found my new permanent Pho place. After visiting over a handful of times I started noticing inconsistency. Soup temperature varies (warm-mostly), serving size varies. Though their broth is decent and flavor is pretty consistent, a 20% undisclosed “service charge” on a 6 top? Is not worth my 20 minute drive there. The staff was nice but I did have to waive them down multiple times to get their attention, they only came to check on me once throughout our last visit. Too bad, my search for a new pho spot continues.

Came for the astoundingly high rating, 4.9 stars with 4.5K reviews. Got the combo pho. It was good but not exceptional. I do appreciate that it didn't have the high MSG dosage that is common with many other Vietnamese restaurants. Got the spring rolls which surprisingly did not have any pork but just shrimp. It was packed with lettuce and the peanut sauce was on the bland side. The meal was good but nothing to rave about.

Everything about Pho & Beyond makes me want to come back! Wonderful ambiance and music. The staff are very kind and multiple people will visit you with great service to ensure you enjoy your food. I ordered Vermicelli Noodles today, I cleared my plate and am leaving stuffed for my evening work shift. You should definitely come try this place!

Everything look cute until the food came out! I had high expectations for the rib pho, but the meat was hard to chew. Even the brisket too. Servers check on people when they first seated, then they became food runners——never came to check on people again, i only can let them know at the end, cuz i can’t wait for other food nor take the old hard rib with me. even the manager took care of it, but I really hope it will improve, otherwise, it’s just like a date spot, or just for some app.
