Came here because of the rating and went away disappointed. 4.9 avg rating? How about a 1 star for: - lukewarm Pho soup, like literally slightly warmer than body temperature soup. Cardinal sin of the pho world AFAIK. You can't even half cook the bean sprouts. As if the noodle was cooked for someone else and sat out for half an hour.
- absolutely terrible service. Waited over 15 minutes for a waiter to get my orders, over 30 on a banh mi which I decline because I was already sorely disappointed. Asked for a bowl twice before getting it.
Every employee in the restaurant seemed to be taking a break and eating or on their phones and sitting down in the dining room at the time and only one Latino guy was busing and doing work.
Will never come back here.

The banh mi here is honestly quite good - the bread, in particular, is outstanding. I got the chicken and pork versions. The pork banh mi was a little salty.
My only request is for the food delivery packaging to be a little more secure/tamper proof if possible, such as using a paper bag with a sticker or tape.

Delicious pho, reminds me of downtown LA. However the service was bad and we spent 10 minutes standing at the front door waiting for anyone to realize we were waiting to be seated while the restaurant was more than half empty. Food was good though

I had been wanting to come here for a while so I was very excited. The Pho is the best I had ever tried, that is the whole 3 stars for me. The service was just non-existent. From the host which didn't even greet us, he just raised 2 fingers up to conform it was only for 2 people and signaled us to follow him, to our waiter which we only saw ONCE our entire service. After that we ate our delicious phơ, no one checked on how we were doing or if we were done. We had to ask another worker for boxes to go, after that. We had to wait around 20 minutes trying to grab anyone's attention to get our check. Another 15 minutes to get someone to take our check and card. We had to stand up and go to a counter to pay till someone saw us while everybody else qas taken the card payment device to their table. The staff lacks, basic manners, greetings and any kind of service towards customers at all. The service was disappointing considering the phơ was absolutely delicious, otherwise I would've rated higher. If you're willing to overlook service, the phơ is worth it.
Very good and strong Vietnamese coffee. The charred beef spring roll is very good. And pho is as good as one can expect.

The food was delicious! I ordered the brisket pho bowl and the Vietnamese Iced Coffee. The customer service needs improvement. We were initially greeted, sat at our table and served our order, but there was no follow up by our server. We were not asked if we needed anything while dining and were not given our check. We had to go to the register to and inform them that we were done. The restaurant is nicely decorated and there were a lot of families dinning. Overall good but would suggest improving the dining experience with more attentive customer service, especially if customers are tipping.🍜😏

The art on their wall is beautiful, the servers are kind and the indoor environment is especillay unique with all kinds of floral arrangements. Their milk tea is also amazing
