After Pho So 1 in Las Vegas, I was honestly unsure where to find another solid Vietnamese spot. Most people automatically order phở, but Vietnamese cuisine is so much more than that — and I feel like it often gets overlooked.
This place surprised me in the best way. I highly recommend trying their bò chảo and bò nướng đá. Both dishes were incredibly tender. The bò chảo was rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned — honestly comforting in a way that felt homemade. As for the bò nướng đá, I loved the interactive part of it. You cook the beef on a hot stone yourself, so you can make it exactly how you like it. The quality of the meat made it easy to get that perfect bite every time.
If you’re looking to explore Vietnamese food beyond phở, this place deserves a stop. Don’t sleep on the rest of the menu.

Found a bug in my food. U may want to reconsider eating here.
I’m sorry to have to make this review.
I have dined in several times and asked the servers to confirm if the veggie rolls were indeed vegan.
Twice I was told yes, the veggie rolls were vegan. I enjoyed them and bought them each time I dined in. Confirming with the waiter each time.
Today I order DoorDash and indicate I want vegan prep. They call me back to tell me the exact veggie rolls I have confirmed several times were vegan, actually contained egg.
This is unacceptable.
Please educate the staff on food allergies and what Vegan, Vegetarian ect means.
I feel disgusted that I have ate these rolls more than once with confidence that I was safely eating for my dietary needs.
Thank you for being clear on DoorDash that this item includes egg. Please do the same for your dine in menu.
Even better, clearly indicate any vegan item like you do for vegan pho.

Pho King seems to be highly rated and recommended by the locals. We came specifically for the pho. We got there right when they opened and had high expectations but when it first came out, the broth looked darker than what I’m used to. Could be the bones simmering or too much fish sauce. Took my first sip and it was really salty which could be the theory of fish sauce or not so fresh broth. Had to balance it out with lots of lime.
Then we ordered the Pork patty rolls that came with peanut sauce. The roll was wrapped tightly with fresh lettuce, crunchy wonton stick and the pork patty. I’m used to dipping peanut sauce when the roll has noodles like a spring roll. So I feel like the peanut sauce did not go well with this combo and it was overly nutty and thick. I’m used to the grilled pork orange sauce.
The garlic butter Chicken wings were tasty and had the thin layer of outer crispy breading. When the plate came out, it hit me with a strong smell of fish sauce. After biting into it, I think the secret sauce is fish sauce.
Overall, if we come back, I would pivot to the other items on the menu like beef butter skillet, Bo ne, spicy noodle soup, shaken beef but never again to the pho.

Tried out some pho in Vegas!
Three of us ordered:
create your own pho $16.50
+$1 for meatball
mi toi tom nuong $19
bo ne steak n eggs $22
pho suon bo short rib $21
I personally had the pho with short rib. Definitely on the pricier side of pho, and I wish there was more meat to justify. Overall it was ok.
Quite a bit of seating in the area.
Parking in the plaza.
We have dined at this restaurant for the past two consecutive days, and each experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The service has been remarkable, with attentive and knowledgeable servers who go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dining experience. Their friendly demeanor and prompt attention to our needs made our meals truly enjoyable.

I went to this restaurant for the first time recently on a date night with my wife. Huge mistake. I now only want to eat here, and I only want the Cast Iron Steak and Eggs. I've no idea what anything else here tastes like. I'm not even 100% sure I like Vietnamese food. I just know that I want it more often than my wife wants to go out for dinner, so I've been sneaking in like an addict.

A Hidden Gem for Bun Bo Huế Lovers
Pho King offers a casual and inviting ambiance, with a lively yet comfortable atmosphere. Despite being fairly busy, the service remained attentive and efficient. I ordered the Bun Bo Huế, and it was hands down the best I’ve had so far. The broth was rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying, with just the right amount of spice. The portion was generous, packed with tender meat and fresh ingredients. If you’re a fan of Vietnamese cuisine, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!
