They charged me twice. Supposedly my card didn’t go through so I paid cash, days later I checked my bank account and I did got charged. I have the receipt that my card was declined.
Rude Customer service, why would I tip the server when she treated customer like we’re begging for their food, no water filling, no check up for the food and come ask after serving, nothing, no thank you, no greetings, approach customer to get an order like we’re asking for free food.
Rude customer service.

Loved this place. The atmosphere was very chill/quiet. But not the type of quiet that you feel you need to whisper in. The staff was very sweet, not necessarily the most attentive. I did need to request more water, instead of being offered more, a while after I'd finished my glass. However, they brought over a pitcher then, so that was nice. The beef brisket pho was amazing. Made to perfection. Prices were also great. Would absolutely be back.

I had vermicelli with crispy chicken and it was delicious. I also tried my daughter's crispy chicken Vietnamese sandwich and that was also delicious. Their portion sizes are very large and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I called and asked for pho with rare steak, brisket and tendon but didn’t expect to get charged $5 dollars extra for 5 pieces of tendons. Didn’t get why the combination costs less than the pho I ordered. Anyways I wont be ordering again from this place.
Update to owner’s response:
I was referring to the cost difference of the combination which includes more toppings and also if the amount they gave justified the price. Which that said, please just go to viet noodle bar since they give more than enough meat portions. There are times I can’t finish the meat since there give too much.
Restaurantji Recommends
The couple & their team who runs this restaurant have became family to me - that attest to how many times they see my face. They work very hard to make sure that you are satisfied. The very first time I entered the restaurant I felt welcomed & appreciated. Food is always great, service is always fast and efficient. I usually order the Chicken Pho & the Fried Dumplings, never has let me down. They are really great people and run a welcoming restaurant. Thank you for being a staple in the spring valley community. I will always recommend and continue to support this place. Thank you Pho OC & the team.
Very delicious soups
Super tasty pho. That chili oil is no joke. The Spring Rolls are HUGE. Tasty! 😋😋👌👌
Went in to try their bahn mi. We got two different ones and they were really great for the price. Would recommend and will definitely go back! Great atmosphere and the staff were really friendly.
I ate at the restaurant and the pho was really good. I would give it an eight out of 10. They also provided good service and it seemed like things were being made fresh. Clean great atmosphere in the restaurant. *** I have issue with the combination rice that I ordered to go. *** I brought it home for my husband and upon opening the container after paying $19 with taxes for a combination fried rice, the container was only 70% full. If that.
I understand small businesses cost more to run and that’s actually why i came to support, but I would not recommend the combination or any of the fried rice. I feel like I was ripped off becauseI eat Asian food regularly and for 20 bucks I expect a little bit more. The flavor wasn’t all that either.
I recommend going in person and giving them a shot for the phö or the bon mi which was very reasonably priced, not a fan of the friend rice.
