I’ve been coming here regularly since November of last year. The pho here is the best I ever had and the spring rolls are amazing! I love the broth! It’s a small but quiet and comfy place if you just want to dine in by yourself. Prices are very reasonable.
Tonite we went to eat pho and it was noted at google search it’s open for fine in but when we got there, it’s only take out. There was no one there waiting so we assumed we can get our food faster. After we ordered we told the lady owner we will wait outside. Then came 4 people picking up their orders so we waited for almost an hour for our food. The lower rating than other pho places seems to be a mixture of somebody upset they didn't get extra noodles, and a few people angry over very slight service issues within the past 5 years. All very unfair for Pho Rose, so I'm giving them 5 stars. You'll be very satisfied here
