Delicious and the portion size is shareable. We had seafood pho, regular pho, pork chop, and some kind of bird nest thing. It was yummy. We also had calamari, that was little chewy other than that š¤¤š¤¤š¤¤

Review for Pho Saigon 8 Eastern ā 9055 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123 I ordered pickup through Uber from this location. Some of the food items were listed as part of a promotion and marked free, but not only did we get charged (around $18), we also never received the free promotional items. I called the restaurant and spoke with a lady who works there. Her response was simply, āI canāt do anything about it.ā I explained that I had picked up the order directly from them, but she kept repeating that she couldnāt help. As someone who managed a business for 17 years, I was very disappointed in how this was handled. Customers are the reason businesses succeed, and this kind of attitude pushes them away. I even asked if they could check their cameras to confirm the mistake, but she told me they donāt have camerasāwhich is surprising in this day and age. Itās not just about the $18, itās about accountability and customer service. I want to share this negative experience so others are aware: please check your orders before leaving this location and be cautious with promotions. Beef pho broth was good but both myself and another who ordered it noticed some of the cuts were unusually tough which Iāve never encountered with pho. The broth was ok but food was ultimately disappointing, especially for the price.
