It’s unfortunately permanently closed. We came here often but didn’t know they’re shouting down soon. A new seafood boiled will replace it

Price for pho was higher however they give you bigger portions than other places. I think their pho is good since I did not feel thirsty like from other pho places

Wow, amazing pho tai, easily the best in Vegas.

The meat is high quality, the broth is sublime and the portions are large. Perfect pho tai

Hands down the best pho in Vegas!! The broth is delicious. It’s definitely *not* sweet like many other Southern style pho restaurants’. The portion is large and comes with a decent amount of meat. Spring rolls and che ba mau are tasty, too! The food quality is very consistent every time we visit. The staff is attentive and the service is always great!

Nice place but the pho soup taste was just ok to me. The rice noodles were over cooked so was mushy.

Saigon 8 has always been the best Vietnamese place in Vegas since I moved here 9 years ago. And super affordable!

My recommendations after going 20+ times: The rice vermicelli bowl with grilled pork is so phenomenal I looked up how to cook it at home (#65, or #69 if you want egg rolls also). Don't forget to drench it in the sauce though (a small bowl with fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, etc)! The cubed steak with rice (#59) is very saucy and delicious as well if you want a more meat-heavy dish. My husband loves their fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce, and they are ALWAYS fresh and full, not stale or skinny. We used to always order the rare steak pho which is also excellent, but the other options have won us over. They've actually put at least three of our favorites on their menu cover, so if you're interested in what's well liked, check out the cover of the menu.

This location has vietnamese coffee (Yum!), but I don't think they have the strawberry shake I used to get at the Spring Mountain location. I've tried the location by South Pointe too and that was excellent as well!

Phone Saigon has the BEST Chicken Pho in Las Vegas! It's the largest chicken portions and they never skimp on the garnishes! I'll never go anywhere else!

Service sucks Food sucks.

We were seated immediately since the place was completely empty. The food came out quickly, and now we understand why- nothing tasted freshly made. We were seated right next to the kitchen and could clearly hear the cook coughing loudly multiple times, which was honestly gross and really off-putting.

Now, let’s talk about the food. It was terrible. Like, shockingly bad. Bland, dry, and just hard to get down. We eat out all the time, and this was hands down the worst meal we’ve ever had. I wouldn’t eat it again even if it were free. I literally gagged a few times trying to finish bites. That’s how bad it was.

The service was polite, and they were nice people, but it doesn’t make up for how disgusting the food was. Also, we noticed a lot of staring from the staff, which made things super uncomfortable.

And the price? Way too high for food that tasted like that. Yeah… it was that bad.
