This place is so cute. I've always gone to the one on Spring or Henderson but now this is my favorite. The food is really good as expected.

I don't like this restaurant charge me 15% tips for order to go. I and my husband went there and we had 2 bowl noodles and later order another noodle to go for other people and ask for separate receipt but they didn't separate the receipt and also charged me15% tips for to go food. I don't like the service, will not go again. They treated customers terrible.

Ordered food to go. Had hairs in the pho noodles, I noticed after I had a hair get stuck in my teeth. The shaking beef rice was solidified, completely dried out, I could have thrown it like a football. Is this a franchise? Because Pho Saigon 8 has been good in other locations. I was excited to see it come back. I would go to Pho Viet Cafe instead but unfortunately they are closed on Tuesdays. And now I still feel like I have hair stuck in my teeth. Gnarly.

We got the #16 and #18 and it was great. The broth was super flavorful and the bowl kept it warm through our meal, which was nice. The egg rolls didn't taste fresh, but they were good non the less.

My first time here and the customer service was good, very welcoming. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue and it was ok. The broth was not even spicy. I wanted more spicier. The meat are wasn't bad at all, just need more spice. The pork leg was tender and good. I expected the blood cubes, but it wasn't there. That's ok though. I'll try it again.

The menu is outdated. Server informed us after that items were not deleted from the menu. Moreover the server needs to inform on unavailable items before wasting the cuenta customers time. Management is lacking in the simple areas of updating item availability.

I ordered roasted Cornish hen with French rice...the rice was room temperature and not good. The fresh spring rolls were mostly vegetable, the peanut sauce is good. Fried chicken dumplings were so so. Rare rib eye noodles soup was okay. The service is good.

Great service and clean restaurant. Pho broth wasn't the best but portion is large. Their spring roll was delicious.

Hey there! Tried Beef #59 at Pho Saigon 8 for lunch - it was delicious! Highly recommend the place for both the food and the cozy ambience. You should check it out sometime! Very good food!

Great food and great service! Recommend #41 on the menu, it is our go to. They have a great selection of options on the menu. It won't disappoint. They have the friendliest service. The price is reasonable for its portions. Highly recommended.

One of my favorite Vietnamese places in town!! The pho broth is so flavorful. The food quality and quantity is just right. It could be slightly cheaper, but I understand inflation as well. They don't skimp out on the Togo orders and the pho veggies. Service is great! It's a newly remodeled place with TVs. Great vibe, great place!!
