I was extremely disappointed with the food quality at Pho Saigon 8. The broth lacked richness and depth of flavor — it tasted watered down rather than the full, aromatic bouillon a proper pho should have. Every ingredient, including the beef and shrimp, was completely TASTELESS, as if the restaurant had switched to lower-quality suppliers. Even the noodles were past their prime and had an unpleasant texture. Overall, the meal was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. Unfortunately, the quality has declined far below what I would expect from a pho restaurant.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this pho place. The first time we came here was last October after a family gathering at the pumpkin patch nearby. Ever since then, it’s been our go-to spot. The food is always consistent every time we come.

The Pho is outstanding. When in town we come here to eat. The food is great. I also love the Vietnamese iced coffee. It’s very good and better than Starbucks coffee. I would recommend this to everyone.
