I went head to try the most unconventional broth... Bun Nam - Fermented Fish Soup. The umami flavor that takes a specific skill level to master. It is not for the typical palate and if you want something to surprise your taste buds this is the place. This place also use rice paper to fried their spring rolls which give it an extra crispy and chewiness that is especially delectable. Must try and can't wait to make a video on it!
