Between a 3 and a 4 star, ate at many Pho restaurants, small bowl with white noodles filled to the rim, low meats quality, hard to chew so I discard it.
Aye half way and realized I left me laptop in the car with a center has many previous incidents of cars been broken into. Pay and left.

Coming from So Cal with access to Westminster and the San Gabriel Valley Pho shops, my standards have become pretty high when it comes to Vietnamese food. Pho So 1 stood up to most. Can’t say better, but good enough. The service was very good too. my GF’s coffee was very strong, so they kept bringing her extra milk until she was happy. I tried the Bun Bo Hue with Oxtail which didn’t arrive spicy, which surprised me, but they give you the sauce on the side so you can add...

Good food, plenty of tables and seats. The restaurant seems very clean and the service is very fast. I had a small mixed pho and the quality of the meet and noodles was great. There is also plenty of parking spaces. The restaurant I’m located in a shopping center, close to Chinatown. The prices are very reasonable and the portions of food are good for what you pay. Would definitely visit again when I’m in town.
