The beef sandwich is amazing and the beef pho is good. I wish they give you a plate on the side with lime wedges, cut up jalapeño, bean sprouts and fresh basil for the Pho noodle soup. The lemon lime soda is good. I recommend this place. And the service is great.

The food is decent in flavor and the servings are decent. There was only one server so the service was slow and left a lot to be desired. I got the #11 and it was good. I asked for a cup of water and got nothing besides my pho. Maybe it was just the day but I don’t think I would go back. The restaurant is clean and modern.

I've been ordering here for a few years and mostly been pickup to take home. Approx $50 for two people for soup which includes a tip for pickup.
My last order, I get all the way home and realize that I wasn't given any broth. I drive back and it takes time to figure out what my order was and how to make it right.
I was given 2/3 of the usual broth, walk back in and ask for a one more takeaway of broth. I was told I would be charged, so I brought up that I had to drive back for the full order.
When given the 3rd broth it looked like some "goop" was floating in the cup and the top popped off. That same cup kept popping the top off during the drive. I can only assume it was spit and the enzymes were breaking down the sugars and carbohydrates in the broth. I'm disgusted and upset. Minimal effort to deliver food and maximum effort to make it worse.
Needless to say we didn't use the "extra" broth

Definitely a disappointing place to eat, pho is so watered down. Asked for Fish Sauce and they claim they were out. No jalapeños or lime. Multiple workers bringing wrong orders to wrong tables. Do not recommend at all. I wouldn’t even give this place stars:

Iv been comming here for over 8 years & its good but they got this Waiter / cashier lady her name is INGRID shes short & always has a attitude on her face , she honestly has the worst customer service ever , apart from that i found a roach 🪳 on my table witch is nasty but iguess it is what it is , other then that this place has been good & over all the other workers apart from INGRID are awesome , sadly one person & a roach 🪳 will distroy my experience

Went here for a quick grub before heading over to the airport this morning. The bun bo hue was very good and not too spicy as I thought it was going to be. The weird Spanish music was loud and threw me off a bit. Otherwise a great visit and would come again.
Really great experience. Food is really good and the service is top notch. They missed part of the order and resolved it quickly. Would recommend.

We used to visit this place all the time when my wife was in school at UNLV. We went back for the first time in about six months and I am saddened to say that it was our last visit there probably ever!
The staff was rude, distracted and clueless, plus the unpleasant pungent smell walking in was a tell tale sign of things to come and should have been a no right then.
The menu has been updated to only a handful of items compared to the past and the price was increased exponentially. The meat in the pho looked smelled and tasted very old. The layer of grease floating on top of my soup was so thick it coated everything in a layer of foul tasting oil. We hardly ate any of our food and no one even stopped to see or ask why, my guess is they already know how bad their food has become and just don’t care. Seems like they are only in the market to rip off starving college kids.
This was clearly evident when leaving!
When checking out the lady at the register changed or final total three times, each time raising the price significantly. I questioned her about this and why the total was well over $15 higher than it should have been, even when adding in tax. Her only answer was “because that’s what you are getting charged” This kind of attitude and lousy business practices will put you out of business soon. If the health board doesn’t shut you down for numerous health code violations first.

Rude service doing a door dash the man that’s at the counter was the most rudest ever while awaiting the customer order he grabs the bag from the woman working in the back and tears bag then tries handing me the bag I ask for another bag or at least double it he replies another bag I said yes it’s torn I don’t want to have it fall out he had a attitude I shook my head confused he says why u shaking your head.customer is first and they spend a lot of money at these restaurants for some workers to half ass get it together have some respect for the people keeping u in business
