I just wanted to see when are you guys open... what are your hours... really want to try
Delicious pizza and craft cocktails at reasonable prices. Wish they had a salad to go with the pizza. We had a vegan cauliflower dish that was very good. Innovative business model. Great for splitting the bill, everyone can order what they want on their own iPhones and pay direct. No squabbles over who ate and drank what!
This is a very small restaurant. It seems to be sort of an incubator for chefs to test their creations. We were awestruck by how delicious the food was, and the prices were quite reasonable. We absolutely recommend it and would definitely go back if we were ever in the area again. Note that there are no physical menus or waitstaff - you order using a QR code on your phone. Although there is a hostess to help you out if you have a question, you're really on your own to know how to use your smartphone to read the menu and place your order.
Vegas Test Kitchen is a fun & unique dining experience...chill & welcoming vibe, friendly & attentive service (Thank You Courtney), great beer selection, and delicious menus...they have rotating menus with various cuisine choices everyday, so check on their website to see what menus they are offering for the day...you order from your phone (via QR code), create a tab, and pay from your phone as well...we ordered from 3 different menus, and everything is delicious, but our favorite bites are the 'Stinger' pizza and the 'Ringo' sushi roll...i highly recommend Vegas Test Kitchen
The hotdogs are bomb and the staff is always wonderful. Always a go to for a quick eat
VTK is truly a hidden local gem. I went specifically to enjoy Harvest's brunch specials but I left with more than just a delicious meal. I had the Harvest biscuits and gravy which were full of flavor with a hint of spice. I also tried their baked French toast with Chantilly cream and strawberries which was the perfect brunch dish. Some other vendors were there so I was able to take a slice of Milk Fish's pandan tres leches cake home, its super yummy! I also ordered an Aperol spritz and that was super refreshing. It's a fast casual experience with QR code enabled menus and mobile ordering/payment . This makes it convenient and quick. I was surprised to see the variety of options. Also, they had a live DJ playing beautiful R&B music and guitar! If you are not familiar with this place, just go and check how awesome it is. I will definitely be back many times to try the various vendors.
Any time I see their events pop up, I try my best to go. Their hot dogs are SO good, and with unique flavors! Their homemade chips are also a must. Try them if you haven’t and support this local couple!

Vegas Test Kitchen was an overall great experience. The food from all the chefs was enjoyable. I like the set up of ordering and paying online. It allowed for more time to choose options without feeling rushed. I found the menu was a bit more than I'm used to paying but it was tasty so in the end it was worth it. I'd recommend.
I absolutely love their food. The cashew cheese is amazing! ?
The food was excellent. The ordering was very tedious/frustrating. Used QR code to access menu and the ordering was not in the least bit intuitive. Waitress was helpful in walking us through the process. Our biggest complaint was the flies. There were four flies that buzzed around our food and heads the whole time we were there. When we told the waiter, he said that it was hot outside and the flies just wanted to get into the air conditioner. This might have been an explanation, but it was not a solution. One of the chefs came to our table and talked about his business and its origin story. That was interesting and enjoyable.
Best hot dogs! So flavorful and love the options of toppings! My dad who eats meat loved these vegan hot dogs too! A must try! I've had Phyto's at the downtown market in the alley farmer's market and First Friday on Fremont St. If you see them, make sure you give them a try :)
Pidgin pop up was the reason we decided to try this place out. Great concept with a variety of restaurants to choose from. Food was great and staff was very nice an attentive. Peanut butter Chocolate Pie was the best end to our dining experience. Try it if you can. Wont be disappointed
