I was invited to the Piazza by a group that I am a part of. I sat at the bar so I can enjoy the show for a while before going outside with the rest of my group. The bartenders were wanting to serve me. I told them I wanted to wait a while before I ordered. I really wanted some food. I went to the bathroom went to the casino to check it out. When I got back, I decided that I will have a drink. I ordered the love potion. I gave my phone to the bartender so that I could Apple Pay. He didn’t present me a receipt he didn’t tell me how much the drink was although I saw it on the menu for $20 with a 22% tip. He asking me if he can click my phone to do the payment. I said no give me my phone I will click it myself. I asked him how much is it? He said $26. I saw on the menu that it was $20 he mentioned the tip but when I calculate the tip It came to $4.40. He tipped six dollars and wanted to click my phone and hurry up and pay for it without giving me a bill, receipt or telling me how much it is. I don’t appreciate people trying to cheat me out of my money or play me for a fool. I don’t know what he thought I was, but I am not stupid. I got up, walked out, got in my car and drove off. The valet parked my car right outside the front door.

I just want to give a big compliment to Yasmine at the Piazza Lounge — she’s one of the most professional and friendly bartenders I’ve met in years! My two friends and I visited Tuscany for the second time this year, and we honestly had a fantastic time again.

One star only because I can’t give zero. Went for the music - it was great. Thirty minutes and no drink service. Stood at the bar - still no drink service. Lots of good music in Vegas - go somewhere else!

Outrageous service charge for which service was mediocre at best. Bartender W wanted my credit card as soon as I ordered, so left it with bartender. Was our last nite in Vegas and had enough US bucks to cover bill (which included the 22% service charge) which I used. Paid the waitress. Credit card was returned and we flew home early next morning. My next Mastercard statement had the charge on it for the Pizzaza lounge. Exactly what I had paid in cash. Have no receipt from this transaction. Emailed twice to manager of beverage and food. No response. Can't get thru on phone ever! Wanted some answers on this, like do you have my signature on the credit card charge or not?

We hit this place during their happy hour. It was fantastic! Live band for free, martinis for $10 and we had a couple appetizers. The drinks were solid, just took two to get us both loopy! The food was alright, the caprese salad was tasty but meager and it was difficult to justify a $20 meatball!
