The portions are generous and the prices are not excessive.

I have attempted to order food from this location three times. Two out of the three times they claimed to be out of House Special Chicken. The one order I did receive had the nastiest, driest cream cheese wontons I've ever seen. All three times, my delivery driver made a point to tell me that the staff was rude to them!

Pretty good prices for the amount of food you get. It was young kids working there so it lacked a little bit on the customer service aspect, let alone some enthusiasm, but it is what it is. It is a food court after all.

They have no idea what allergens are in their food. I even showed them their franchise allergen list online. After some back and forth and head scratching, they concluded they couldn't trust their franchise information (I'm seriously wondering if they just couldn't read). Not to worry, they believed the green beans didn't have gluten (i didn't ask about gluten). I think these folks believe the only allergen is gluten. I'm losing faith in humanity with the level of intelligence here.

Its Vegas. Fatburger wants $21 for one single burger?!?! The kid working there when i went was super cool. Food was actually better than many pick up stix ive been too recently..

Very poor customer service to be inside a casino I came at 9:29 there was no more food the lady told us that’s all she’s putting out it was me and 2 other people instead of her telling the cook to make enough for us she straight out said o will the display was poor it looked old cold n dry very very poor customer service

Been coming here for years and they use to allow you to charge to the room. Came here today and they stated they never did it in the first place. I am positive I have always charged to room. Don't know when policy change but the Mexican server was very rude to me when I told her. She kept repeating to me after I told her okay. Then she gave me a snide remark that I was telling her on how to do her job.

Terrible service, after making a charge with a debit card they did not want to give the food. When it came to explaining in a very bad way I felt that they were racist people.

My Wife and I had a late night dinner at this location and the fried rice was way over cooked, fire cracker chicken was over fried, veggie egg rolls we're soggy, broccoli & beef was also overcooked, the kung pow chicken was on point.

The two women working 7/21 138am one off the by tried to serve me with same gloves she is sweeping and cleaning with! When asked her to change them she threw the broom down and ask other girl to serve me! Claim I have an attitude when I utter 3 words to her from beginning to end! She obviously hates her job, very disrespectful, unprofessional! They bother should be fired! After picking my food I asked about the serving protocols and she snapped at me telling me I only get the small cup because of what I choose no explanation on the portions the food that was already old
