This restaurant is very aesthetically pleasing. We went on a Friday night & were one of only 3-4 parties. The service was great, drinks were fantastic. We had varying thoughts about dinner itself. I’ve had better Baba Ghanoush & hummus. The hummus needed more tahini maybe? The pita was good! The sugar on top of that creme brûlée was so yummy! My branzino could’ve used a little more salt but was otherwise, cooked really nice. I think some of the menu items are a little overpriced for the quality, but I think they will fine tune some of the menu items as time progresses since this is a fairly new restaurant. I’d come back.
I visited Pine Bistro for Valentine’s Day, excited to experience the cozy and elegant atmosphere of this Mediterranean restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations.
I had a 7:30 PM reservation and arrived 15 minutes early, anticipating a busy evening. However, the hostess seemed overwhelmed, handling multiple tasks simultaneously checking in guests, cleaning tables, running to the bar to grab customers to sit them, and even serving food. Guests were left waiting 20+ minutes just to check in, and the system felt completely disorganized. When it was our turn, we were told there were nine parties ahead of us and were offered a seat at the bar while we waited.
We ordered drinks, a salad, and calamari while waiting at the bar. It took 45 minutes before we were finally seated. The hostess mentioned our salad had just come out and she will bring to our table but instead of bringing it over, she continued cleaning tables and seating other guests. My husband had to get up to remind them, and even the bartender pointed out that our salad was left behind.
Once seated, we ordered our entrées, which took another 45 minutes to arrive. The food itself was disappointing my fish lacked seasoning, and the rice was dry to the point where I only took one bite. As someone who loves Mediterranean food, and with my husband being from the Middle East, we expected better flavors. Dessert took another 30 minutes, and by then, we were just ready to leave.
The restaurant was clearly understaffed, with only two servers on the floor, plus the owner trying to help. While I understand that Valentine’s Day is a high-traffic night, proper staffing and a well-organized check-in process could have prevented much of the chaos. Instead of an enjoyable evening, it felt rushed, stressful, and far from the tranquil dining experience we expected.
Pine Bistro has great reviews on Google and Instagram, which is why we were excited to try it. However, our experience did not match the hype. If they want to maintain their reputation, they need to improve their organization, hire more staff on busy nights, and ensure the food meets the high standards expected of Mediterranean cuisine.
Would I return? Probably not. Hopefully, they take customer feedback seriously and make improvements.

Save your special occasion for elsewhere. Pine Bistro clearly isn't ready for Valentine's Day service.
My Valentine's Day dinner at Pine Bistro was disastrous. What should have been a romantic evening turned into a 90-minute exercise in frustration. Despite the restaurant being clearly understaffed, no one seemed to be in charge or checking on tables.
Our appetizer eventually made its way to us, we sat waiting endlessly for our main courses. After an hour and a half of watching other diners experience similar neglect, we finally learned that our waitress had never even entered our entrée order into the system. Most shocking was the staff's indifferent response – they simply allowed us to leave without any attempt at service recovery.
The complete lack of management was evident throughout the evening, with no manager in sight to address the mounting issues. What's most disappointing is that this wasn't just about slow service – it was about a fundamental breakdown in restaurant operations.

A restaurant that serves liquor probably shouldn’t TOW the cars of customers that drink too much and safely Uber home. What kind of crack pot policy is that? If that’s the case, at least post it in the parking lot.
On top of it, when your customer calls, you don’t even respond to messages or call back? Pretty wild.
I’ll gladly remove this review when you rectify the situation, or at least respond to the person.
My girlfriend made a reservation for us 3. We were excited to try another Mediterranean restaurant. The food was okay, lacking a little flavor but healthy. However, the watermelon and tequila drink they had was so good in comparison that I ordered numerous of them. When it came time to leave I realized it probably wouldn’t be a good idea to drive home and saw that there was parking specifically for the pine bistro restaurant.I have always left my car behind if I felt that I pushed it a little too far with drinks and I have never had an issue anywhere.
I decided to Uber home, since I did consume multiple alcoholic drinks and I didn’t feel sober enough to risk driving. Well unbeknownst to me this restaurant and the whole property runs a scam with a Towing company called Kings Towing. The Tow company comes all the way from North Las Vegas to get cars at 9am. I actually have the log where they leave at 8:30 in the morning. No where did it say around the restaurant you can’t leave your vehicle overnight. I also called numerous times to let the restaurant know and left a message. So upon coming back the following day, I realized they towed my car. The biggest(curse word) scammers!! I had a receipt for the tab that was over $300 as well. The tow company charged me $400 to get my car back. I was wondering why this restaurant was empty when I walked in as there was only one other table but now I understand. I wouldn’t trust my car anywhere near these commercial properties or apartments close to it. I’ve heard of people getting their car towed 12 times plus, and I guess it’s very common. So save your time and go to an establishment where they’re more interested in towing your car for profit then actually serving alcohol responsibly.
Don’t bother wasting your time for this over rated food. Came back for a second time to give it another chance given its proximity to. I house but it was even worse. So many better options in the area. Buck of these reviews gotta be fake. Restaurant wont last long as it’s dead everytime I drive by.

Rice, chicken, shrimps and kebab were cold.
Fries were cold.
Meals sent back and got back cold again.
Service was not up to par.
1 waitress for the entire place. Manager helped.
For that money you can eat better somewhere else.

We made a reservation for our wedding anniversary. The table reserved was just any other table though we mentioned it was a special occasion. The prices were outrageous for the food you get. We asked for extra bread for the hummus and we were charged for it (their competition does not charge for extra bread) The Kibbes wee undercooked and flavorless. Only good thing were the drinks. Even for our anniversary we were expecting some Sort of special dessert offered to us... nothing Seem they only had one waitress for 5 tables... I will NOT be going back to this place I'm used to Lebanese restaurants. A Mezza usually includes many small plates as to in this place each plate is sold separately for $11 and up.... Worse dinning experience I've had in a while. And to add to it, it was our wedding anniversary!
My experience was great I really enjoyed all the food. The restaurant is beautiful. The only thing I can say is my entree was the prawns that only came with 2 for $40 with no rice or anything. I would go again besides that.

Beautiful restaurant and gorgeous open kitchen. The food was so good. We especially enjoyed the craft cocktails. Since it was just me and my husband, we sat at the bar. This place deserves a lot more customers to support their small business, not some cookie-cutter chain restaurant. The bartender, who also served our food, was attentive and knowledgeable.

So nice to have a really good Lebanese restaurant nearby. The staff was very provisional and, actually, enjoyable. We got an assortment of starters and mezza. Every dish was attractive and delicious.
Great food and service. Music wasn't too loud and could hold a conversation. Empty for a Friday night but this little gem is hidden away. Would definitely recommend giving it a try. A little pricey for being off the strip but what isn't nowadays. Good place for dinner and drinks.
Viviana was excellent! Food was so delicious ?

One of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas! And their Bistro Salad may be my favorite salad ever - SO delicious and fresh. Love the hummus and pita bread and the orange blossom ice cream for dessert is to die for! Service is always impeccable too. Definitely worth trying out. A hidden gem in Southern Highlands for sure!
Waiter kept talking to another table and never came over, the manager had to come and help us all night. Ordered hummus and my wife couldn't eat the pita due to allergies (which was fine), they brought cucumbers for her to eat with hummus but the cucumbers were clearly sitting our forever and were softened and floppy. The cubed potatoes on the appetizer were mostly cooked, but about half were still a little crunchy. The tabouleh was drenched in olive oil making it soggy and wilted. The beef shawarma was oddly thick and not shaved like traditional shawarma, also it was completely doused in tahini. The one good thing was the kafta kabob was very good. Everything else was subpar. We have been here before and the food was good, the inconsistency from one time to another is baffling.
