We enjoy a dinner about once a week at Pine Bistro. The ambience is beautiful, it's very calming and pleasant in this restaurant. The service is excellent and everyone is very accommodating. We always start out with the Lebanese cheese rolls and hummus with fresh baked pita bread. We tried the salmon this time and it was superb. As always, the Chicken Skewers hit the spot.

Outstanding Mediterranean Experience at Pine Bistro We had an exceptional dinner at Pine Bistro in Las Vegas. From start to finish, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We started with the hummus and fresh pita, which was some of the best we've had anywhere—silky smooth, bright with lemon, and paired perfectly with warm, pita bread. Went there one Sunday dinner. The restaurant wasn't too full but food took time. It was a good pacing though. Started with appetizers. The calamari and hummus was good. Red snapper carpaccio is a must try.
For mains, ask for the Pine burger (off the menu item) they use the meat for shawarma and so juicy. The branzino and mixed grill are great choices as well. Alexxus took care of us and she had good suggestions
