Definitely a great place if you are craving Dole whip or Dip n Dots!

I called ahead to ask if the pineapple Dole Whip had any added sugar because I have dietary restrictions and can’t have added sugars for health reasons. I live about 38 minutes away, so I called specifically to confirm before making the drive. The employee told me it had no added sugar, and that it was vegan and dairy-free, so I drove across town.

When I arrived and double-checked, I was told the exact opposite that it does have added sugar, around 25 grams. The two employees seemed unsure and contradicted what I had been told on the phone.
This isn’t about a diet preference this is about accurate information for my health. Giving customers incorrect ingredient details creates unsafe situations, especially for people with medical dietary restrictions. I ended up wasting an hour of driving, gas, and I couldn’t eat anything I came for.
This is something the staff needs to be trained on, so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Celebrated my son’s birthday here. Good selection of ice cream flavors. Would visit again if I’m in the mood for ice cream.

Ooohhh this place is top tier! I'd driven by multiple times and was always curious about the Dole whip, as I used to eat it in Hawaii. My hubby and I went and grabbed some one day and we had to take the kids the following weekend. The Strawberry Shortcake is soooooo good, and its a huge portion. My kids loved their ice cream, and my husband loves the strawberry shakes. This will be our go to when we want ice cream.

Really enjoyed this place they have good ice cream and really nice dole soft serve with a large variety of flavors they also offer quite a few other drinks and food items.

Pineapple Park has great choices from Thrifty Ice Cream to dots and custard.
