Literally writing a bad review as I leave. Manager working late night handed me a double shot over ice that tasted like coffee water. I asked for a refund. He said they don’t do refunds. Suggested he could make the drink all the way in the back where you can’t see what they’re doing. Doughnuts are just okay. Save your money!! Hate writing bad reviews but customer service is trash.

first time trying out the place. the donuts are really rich in flavor. one of my favorites was the salty caramel cheesecake donut. the Apple one was good. I had the OG in. it tasted like a standard donut. I had the fruity Pebble kind. that was really great and I had the poop looking one which was really rich with that chocolate buttercream all inside. I also had the purple Rain donut but I really wasn't impressed with that one. it just tasted like a standard cake donut with some crumbles on the outside of it, but it look really pretty though . next time I probably won't order a half a dozen of donuts because I think that by having one maybe two is really going overboard because these donuts are just packed with flavor. I'll come back again and try out some others but so far so good

All the donuts were in abundance, people are extremely friendly, smelled delicious in there. So much selection, MUST HAVE THE DUBAI it was so good, chocolate coating add the base, ate it before I left the store. We took a dozen and half home to Colorado, will be here again.

Some of the people here are the nicest people ever like the guy who seems so genuine about hoping you have a nice day. I love that guy. I would go to battle for him. Some of them are the rudest ever like the chick who's exasperated she has to tell you something is out of stock, even though there's no way I could know because, as she said when I asked, the system is down and won't update that info. I can practically hear her eyes roll through the speaker. Bless her heart. Anyway, love the guy who's a total sweetheart. The donuts are good and nearby, but Friendly Donut on Boulder Highway in Henderson still has the best.
