Total ripoff. We paid $100 to get tickets for the open bar ahead of time, and when we got there we had to wait FORTY MINUTES in line just to get in. I was fine with it because I figured it was New Year’s Eve and the place would be packed, but when we finally got in it was very much not packed. We made it to the bar with literally two minutes to spare, and luckily got one free drink, but for $100 they should have been moving faster. They were just deliberately slowing down the line so that they could limit how many people made it to the open bar. Completely ruined the vibe and we left after one drink. We paid $100 for two drinks. Complete ripoff.

Bartender literally dropped my credit card below the bar when handing it back to me and couldn’t find it. Gave up looking after a minute and then flippantly said sorry he couldn’t find it and there’s nothing more here can do. I checked back with him an hour later and he ignored my ask to look a bit more. Left without my card with zero help or apologies. Smoking area is nice though.
