Upon arriving at the bar, I was met by the fees/entrance employee (black man with white sunglasses) whose demeanor was unexpectedly dismissive and unwelcoming. Rather than greeting guests with courtesy or professionalism, his attitude conveyed irritation and disinterest. Such behavior, while seemingly minor in the moment, can leave a lasting impression on patrons. In this industry, where customer experience directly influences reputation and revenue, the conduct of front-line staff plays a pivotal role. A single unpleasant interaction can discourage repeat visits, reduce word of mouth recommendations, and ultimately harm the establishment’s financial performance. First impressions are not merely social courtesies - they are valuable business assets that can either attract loyal customers or quietly drive them away.

I really had no expectations of what this place would be like. We went out on Saturday night about 10pm. The line was short and the cover was discounted because we’re military. There were three DJs playing different music. There was even a DJ playing strictly Latino music. We saw Shannel perform and it was so funny and world class.
This place rivals gay clubs in Miami, DC, and NYC. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but it can hold its own. There was a synergy of all the people at the nightclub and a blend of straight and LGBT people. The gogo dancers and bartenders were hot. Then we danced the night away. My husband wanted to stay later and later because it was so fun.

This is the go to gay club in Vegas. Great DJ’s, three dance floors, great drinks and delicious bartenders and gogo dancers. Very inclusive, all welcome here, good mix of people and good vibes all around.

It was a very fun night. One bartender was rude (he kept ignoring us), so we looked for a different bartender… Manuel is the sweetest! Other bartenders were friendly too. So many dancers! (Male and female), all seemed friendly. Music was great. I’d recommend going to Piranha. You’ll be entertained.

Performers and gogos were amazing. But management are discriminatory. I was by the bar chilling after dancing and these two men came and shoved me (to get to the bar) I said that was very rude and they got into my face so I whipped my hair at them and they began shoving me more so I shoved back. I was the only one removed from the club after that altercation. When I asked security why Im the only one being removed given that they started the situation a white man (not security, but management) got into my face and said they dont want people like me here and he doesnt gaf who started it. If you're not a white gay man do not come here. they do not want business from lesbians or other queer people then from the way this situation was handled, i'd avoid this place at all costs if queer and visiting vegas.

My friends and I use to go to Free Zone to watch drag and chill. We came here and it pretty fun. It can sometimes be a bit annoying to get in but most of the time it has been fine for us and once you're inside its worth it and super fun.

Great dancers, performers, and servers. Just a lively crowd. I went on a weekday and it was relaxing if you needed it to be as well as fun and entertaining as well. Just a well thought out club/bar. Can't wait to go back!

All they play is Latin Music all night. No diversity. No Soul, R&B, Hip Hop, etc. Switch the music up!!
Bartender might have been a racist. Bartender ignored me for 15 minutes and kept serving people who got to the bar after me. Magically, when my white friend went to the bar, he got served immediately and I was still waiting

Came in specifically for Beyoncé night was there for 40 minutes and heard zero Beyoncé songs. Not one! And there was three DJs too. As a bartender at a gay club if your DJs aren’t educated on whoever is the theme of the night you need to make them a playlist of songs to mix beforehand….
