I recently visited Pita House and unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. From the moment I walked in, I didn’t feel welcomed. The atmosphere was uninviting, and the service left much to be desired.
The food I ordered today was disappointing and didn't meet my expectations. It lacked flavor and freshness, which was quite surprising given the positive reviews I had read.
Additionally, I noticed that the guy at the counter was vaping, which seemed quite unprofessional and out of place in a restaurant setting. It made the experience feel even more uncomfortable.
To top it off, when I said thank you to the staff, they just looked at me as if I was speaking gibberish, which added to the overall unwelcoming vibe.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both their service and food quality. I would love to give this place another try if things improve.

This is the first time I have tried this establishment I ordered something and when I got home. 2 of the orders did not have what I ordered, which I had told them, I did not eat in the first place. But was served it anyways. The gentleman that took my order was not that friendly. He tied the bags up tightly and sent me on my way.I get home and notice that I missing some of the items and I was served fries instead of rice missing the baklava. So I had to get back into my car and drive back to this place and get what was missing. The young gentleman was polite while the one that originally to my order got up when I drove up and went to the back. The younge gentleman helped me with the missed items. I got home and had to eat a cold meal because you can't warm up stuff that has salad in it. Very frustrating, you really need to think of hiring people that are a lot politer. They are in customer service industry that represents your business. And if this was the owner shame on you. People work hard for their money to deal with any kind of treatment like this.

The food takes long time to be served. After an hour we get our food and it was cold. The service was terrible, the waiter was not welcoming at all. Not recommended at all.

My husband, son and I stopped in for a quick lunch. The salad was huge and all 3 of us thought the food was delicious! We will 100% come back!
EXCELLENT FOOD… wow now this is authentic Mediterranean food. Good proportions! Service can improve but trust me food it’s worth the service and atmosphere!!!!

Deceptive business practice. They added a large tip to my credit card receipt for a takeout order. Check your card statements and make sure they didn't get you too! Put a line through the tip section and fill the total line out so they can't add a tip.
Great food and service

I have been going to Pita House since they opened. Even though at times the food quality and seasoning was not consistent, the menu still had a couple items that I would continuously order from. The staff was always friendly and especially the woman that was behind the counter that took the customers order. Lately, the quality of food and service took a major plummet, decline. The staff is unfriendly, the person that answers the phone act as if he is doing you a favor. Very rude does not say thank you at the end of the call, and if you ask, when will the order be ready he is abrupt. When you actually arrive at the restaurant to pick up your order, one time, there was no one behind the counter, but there was a man sitting at the table by himself. He saw me standing there, and he didn't say anything, I assumed he was just a customer. The place was completely empty, I actually had to call the restaurant while I was in the restaurant to see if anybody is in the back, the man at the table answered the phone, and then he came around the counter to give me my order to go. He didn't say hello, he didn't say thank you. I had a large order and he didn't even bother to ask if I needed help to my car , I looked at him sarcastically and asked him to help me take the order to my car. The second time was about a week ago, this time it was an older man behind the counter. He was rude and didn't even say thank you when he gave me my order to go ,the food was terrible; the tabuli and fatouch salad were not made fresh , both salads were slimy and soggy, as if they were made days prior to placing my order. They don't use fresh olive oil. You can taste the poor quality cheap oil. The spinach pies were not baked fresh, or they were already premade, burnt on the top and bottom. If Pita House continues with the same quality of food and poor service they will not last for another year. The lady that was always there is no longer at Pita House, or she was not there the last couple of times I placed my order to go. She was friendly when you called an order in she took her time to listen to you and made sure she got your order correct. And she had the decency to say thank you before hanging up the phone, and always asked if I needed help to my car. I'm not sure if they are under new owners or new management. The food quality is terrible and service is below zero. I have a feeling the health department will be closing the place down very soon.

I recently had lunch at Pita House, and it was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious, with generous servings that were more than satisfying. The chicken was perfectly moist, and the freshly baked spinach pies were a real treat. It made for a great lunch, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Gyro meat was off one of the big premade blocks, was very dry yet somehow still oily. The pita bread was hard and stale

Excellent, good size plate too. I ordered with Grubhub for lunch, was looking for healthy food and searched for Mediterranean. Pita House popped up, ordered the chicken breast kabobs & rice. Came with fresh pita bread, side salad and extra tomato & onion. Plate so big it'll be two meals. I enjoyed the food very much. Thank you!
Only suggestion I would make is for to go orders, maybe put the pita wrapped separately instead of under the meat because it gets kinda soggy. But was still very good ?
