I’d like to share some feedback regarding our recent visit. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the service we received, nor with the way we were spoken to. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed moving forward.

Pizza Hut service was terrible we waited over an hour and we did not receive our correct order I spoke with customer service and he directed to me the main Pizza Hut line to speak with someone, however I spoke with Eric who then proceeded to say he they were overwhelmed and could not send us our proper order. So service was not up to part and definitely no reassurance or any solution other than credit back to our card payment.

5 days later, i just tried to order again and was met with the same ignorance. They really don't want to make pizza. And I'm not calling for coupons and free food, JUST FIX IT.

Just order a pizza and chicken just found hair in the pizza want be ordering from them any more so sad needs to where caps when preparing food and gloves

Worst experience ever!!! I had walked in to pick up my order the guy making my food was nasty!!!! Had his phone and the make table while making pizza went to “wash” his hands less than few seconds no soap no gloves no portion cups nasty definitely no proper food handling. Then he called his GM and f**** can careless instead of listening to the concern and wanting to correct the behavior he gives attitude.. ALL I WANTED WAS THE GUY PROPERLY WASH HIS HANDS PUT GLOVES AND REMAKE MY FOOD. I have a wife who is ill and weakened immune system and they willing to contaminate their food touching the phone touching the food. NEWSFLASH THE PHONE HAS MORE GERMS THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE

First of all, the driver was cool…but My biggest issue is the fact that I was informed that the delivery driver could not deliver my pizza to my door and I had to walk downstairs across my apartment garage to meet him outside to pick up my pizza. That defeats the purpose of me ordering by way of delivery’. I like Pizza Hut, but this really made me not want to order from Pizza Hut again. And my pizza wasn’t even that fresh

Pasta was a little dry! Pizza ready when they said it would be. Clean store nice friendly employee
Driver didn't have change for my order. I was left with two options leave a $15 dollar tip or figure some other food for my children who were hungry. I left the tip. Crazy how drivers don't carry change. I personally will never do delivery from here again. It's just not good business to corner someone into leaving a tip.

This was a horrible experience. The pizza was delivered uncooked. So I called immediately to let them know, they told me that I had to bring it in to the store. Well the reason for delivery is because I have no vehicle. So they say they only have one driver and he would come pick it up in an hour . He never showed up. I call again and I've been on hold for hours with no response . I am freakin hungry but will never order from a pizza hut again. Poor customer service. The manager needs to make good on this order which costs me $36.00 I would greatly appreciate a response ASAP. I WILL CALL BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
