Driver didn't have change for my order. I was left with two options leave a $15 dollar tip or figure some other food for my children who were hungry. I left the tip. Crazy how drivers don't carry change. I personally will never do delivery from here again. It's just not good business to corner someone into leaving a tip.

This was a horrible experience. The pizza was delivered uncooked. So I called immediately to let them know, they told me that I had to bring it in to the store. Well the reason for delivery is because I have no vehicle. So they say they only have one driver and he would come pick it up in an hour . He never showed up. I call again and I've been on hold for hours with no response . I am freakin hungry but will never order from a pizza hut again. Poor customer service. The manager needs to make good on this order which costs me $36.00 I would greatly appreciate a response ASAP. I WILL CALL BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I ordered takeout I got everything except for the two cups of Parmesan cheese. Which I had to pay for it but I didn't get.

Worst Pizza Hut I have ever dealt with I’ve ordered multiple times and it’s always an issue. Had ordered a pizza and waited over an hour for it just to not be delivered while the app says it had been. Waste of time I could had just gone and picked something up elsewhere. Horrible customer service hope this place gets shut down

Overall, our experience with this food delivery was disappointing. While the food itself was delicious, the delivery service fell short. Our doorbell was not rung and we were not notified of the delivery, resulting in our pizza being cold upon arrival.

Horrible location had a bad experience with this location ordered pizza on Monday they had Dora’s deliver it because they are low on drivers and the guy couldn’t even find my place left it outside on the floor open and the order box didn’t get delivered to me I was so hard to get a hold of a manager and the call center don’t know how to do there jobs. I called back Tuesday and spoke to a nice lady at the store and she granted my refund said it would be about 3-5 business days called back today just now to check on it and I get a very bad nasty attitude from a so called store manager he should be fired that is not good customer service at all. He told me if I would stop hanging up he could help me when I did not hang up I was hinged up on my husband seen and I was like damn I was hung up on. Just horrible experience and very rude so called store manager.
