Honestly, first time and I’m not sure why they have the rating they do, but for me it was a great experience it was quicker than the time and the guy that assisted me was very polite and even answered a few questions I had non relating to the order, food was good, for my visit, I commend the place!

Ordered on uber eats. Forgot to add blue cheese to the order. Already paid over $25 for the order and they wouldn’t add $0.50 blue cheese without me placing another delivery other. It’s almost as if people don’t have common decency anymore. On top of that the cheese on the pizza tasted really stale.

Asking the Uber Eats delivery driver to pay for your order? Is this a scam or just their first day on the job? This happened on November 12th, it's ridiculous, and their integrity is seriously questionable.

I wouldn't normally write a review but the customer service was exceptionally bad here. I ordered a delivery and had missing items in my order, which is normal, no hard feelings. However, when I entered the pizza hut their was a line of people, like 4 or 5. (Again not too big of a deal) It appeared that our order for the food we were missing was placed when we arrived, dispite the fact that we called ahead of time. While we were waiting, the front desk person (I believe her name tag said she was the assistant manager) was standing around, even after everyone in the lobby was helped. She went back and forth between talking to people in the back and making awkward small talk to us in the front. She then starts to play music from her phone out loud and encouraging us to dance to it. She leaves the music playing until the song ends and the lobby goes back to awkward silence. Just an overall weird and uncomfortable experience all around. I don't understand why the assistant manager didn't help make any of the food. It took roughly 40 minutes for them to make our pizza.
