Placed an order online ( “carry-out”), order was ready 3 mins early. The 2 pizzas were done as instructed, light sauce, and different ingredients on each half. There ia no real area to “dine-in”, but for carryout it worked just fine.

I was skeptical because of the reviews but went for it, after all; all I wanted was Pizza Hut quality from Pizza Hut. I ordered online, it was ready for pickup in 15 minutes and it was def Pizza Hut quality. Only thing; I received less wings than ordered, not a deal killer but it would help to get the count right. Thanks!

We had gotten a text about the new triple treat box so we thought we’d try it.. We called and got some foreign guy who I guess takes orders from a call center.. No biggie.. Husband drives to place to pick up dinner and was told they were out of the crust needed for the promotion, so instead of calling us and asking if we could have done something different, they just canceled the order.. the only reason I put 2 stars for customer service was because the guy at the restaurant was very apologetic.. so Pizza Hut lost our business and we went down the street and ordered Marcos Pizza instead.. very disappointing

My pizza was extremely hard, old, and cold which was a shock to me because usually Pizza Hut’s pizza is very good but not this time. I was left on hold for hours because I wanted a refund.

I have frequented this place since the beginning of the year and I admire the consistency of their quality and professional service. A guy named Aldo was nice and friendly tonight. That is a norm during all my visit. I am grateful.

Crap service. Hung up on me 3x and tried to direct me to closest store which this one was...got a large tavern that I didn't order on app. But for some reason it made that transaction. Deliver was 30 minutes late. Crap crap crap.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in the food industry, I hate leaving reviews because I understand everyone is just trying to do their job, but if u dont want to do your job then find somewhere else to work, I ordered and paid for a pizza to not get delivered, when I call to ask for a redelivery, I’m told I have to re order, just give me what I paid for bro so I can be on my way ?

Delivery came late, cold, and soggy. Store refused to refund me. They remade the order but wouldn't let me check it until I gave the driver the 2 hour old pizza "for inventory". As if I would try to con the store out of pizza. The driver kept calling me bro and threatened to call his manager on me. I laughed and closed the door. Do yourself a favor and don't order here.

Ok I’ve been ordering 7 years out here in different areas of the world but here in Vegas at some places I’ve been having not so good experiences especially when I prepay online somehow I haven’t been getting my orders the first time around they would have some reason why it never made it to my door then I have to just wait and deal with it ooooo not going to charge me um why would I pay again and never got the first one that’s not doing me a favor lol I have a ring camera and everywhere I order it’s being recorded I could easily escalate and get more than just free of charge but I don’t because it’s pizza lol just get it together Pizza Hut
