Came at 10 p.m. was staying at the Rio Hotel which had pizza options open but we were craving PIZZA HUT. Called first to assess hours. Said open till 12a.m. We walk in at 10:04 P.M. after taking an Uber from our hotel only to be told that they don't have the ingredients because they Have a new rule that whatever is not sold by 10 PM has to be thrown out and they can't pre make dough for crust or anything because it goes bad. I asked... "So why do you stay open till 12 midnight. Why not close at 10 p.m. if those are you new rules ?" She stated these are new rules from corporate & they just have not changed the hours yet. She was polite & professional when saying this but it truly was a let down And having to pay the Uber driver to take off there and take us back empty handed & hungry lol just added to the letdown. "I Think" The employees just wanted to get off at 12 AM and not be stuck there cleaning and shutting down for an extra hour so after 10 o'clock they just decided on their own that they were going to clean up and get ready so they could leave at 12. (Just my Opinion)

Ordered a thin n crispy pizza tonight and it is thin and soft and it came later than it was supposed to so I couldn’t call to tell them because they are now closed. So frustrating!

I’ve been ordering for the past 3 years at this same place, but my last 3 times my orders have been messed up, pizza no well presented, missing the seal on my last 2 order, no seal at all, that’s so bad and for my last time I complain about my last time not having come sealed and right now same thing happened! Not ordering anymore from this place! Apparently people are doing something where they forget about they are getting paid to do their job.

Ordered pizza on app, I ordered it contactless and the driver decided to leave it at the office of my apartments instead of my door and of course by the time I got the office pizza was gone after 30+ mins on the ph with pizza hut operator with NO HELP I decided to go to the store. Black lady in charge of store was extremely hostile and rude and said she would not help without a physical recite which couldn't be provided obviously without box. I had email and credit card recite but she would not help and got aggressive. So needless to say NO PIZZA AND OUT MONEY. So by far thee worset experience ordering a pizza and will NEVER order from pizza hut again will be advising my friends and fam to do the same... They tried to blame Doordash or Uber Eats drivers which was not the case since I ordered from the app and even gave a bigger tip than usual... If I could give less than a one star I would!! WARNING TO ALL STAY AWAY AND ORDER LOCAL PIZZA JOINTS!!

Last night, I placed an order of almost $200 to bring to the hospital for family and staff, after a family emergency took place, for them to tell me that their system messed up on our order, and they couldn't do anything about it until Monday, and then my money would be returned 3-5 business days. The only thing that they said they could do was have the order placed again! What a terrible way to add on to the tragedy! Will never order from this Pizza Hut again!

I have never encountered such horrible customer service before a day in my life until last night, when a delivery driver told me to my face , “this is why we quit because people like you don’t tip good” when that was my very last to be able to feed my kids , if i had more i would have tipped. Worse customer service ever !! And i don’t recommend this specific store at all .
Very rude black woman...when I pointed out my wing/Cinnabon order in the holding oven..she protested that I didn't let her know it was there earlier as I was sitting waiting for 10 minutes. I had paid for the order when I walked in and was told it would be 10 minutes. The she argued with me and made remarks about me and when I left and said I wouldn't be back she yelled "Don't come back!" I wont!

Nevertheless my shyt sucked and those foolios working the back, I think were playing Hide N Seek
Great spot to grab a portion of boneless wings with the garlic & Parmesan cheese sauce. They were very accommodating in my request. The staff on my visits have been very professional polite and professional
