Terrible experience and customer service was provided from the evening shift supervisor. I placed an order online and received my order about 40 minutes late order was placed at 6:59pm and received my order at 8pm. I call the Pizza Hut store twice and I was told by the shift supervisor that they only had 1 driver to deliver about 5 different orders. I informed the shift supervisor what was reason for only one driver and he couldn’t answer the question or the reason why there online system provided incorrect delivery time when it was not delivered the promised time that was given online. The shift supervisor literally did not care and did not offer to do anything about it. Never again will I placed a pizza order from here. Pizza and wings were received cold.

Some of the best pizza i have tasted in my life and the workers there were so nice and helpful and even gave me things for free when they got the order wrong . I love this place 10/10 . Five Stars

The worst place to order a pizza they canceled my order just because they didn’t have stuffed crust. Didn’t hesitate to wait I called them back in less than one minute and my order was already canceled
I pay $100 for the food with a $15 tip The worst service ever

The delivery man rang my doorbell, and banged on my garage door, and front door a total of 8 minutes straight. I was putting my daughter to sleep and was unable to get the door, my dogs were barking like crazy because of it. I clearly stated on my instructions for delivery to not ring my doorbell and I also included my gate code so they had to read it. I called pizza hut as this was happening (because we have no driver information) to have them call the guy and have him just leave and leave my food outside. they passed me over to a manager but she wasn’t much help since the guy proceeded to bang on my garage door for another couple minutes. This is not my first bad delivery experience with this location but by far this experience was a little disappointing.
Side note to the actual food All the boxes were delivered without a delivery seal(this is the first time they don’t have any on my deliveries)

So far the service has always been great. Weve been lucky to always have great service. We've been going here for 5 years. The food is good. The place is clean. Delivery is also nice and on time. Call in orders have always been correct.
Great food good service as long as in house drivers are used (Dilevery only). Only 3 stars caus your app feels like it was made in the 90s

I came in with 2 other customers and no one was there to greet us. The first customer said "Hey you have customers" then we heard from the back "I'm on the phone". We all waited 3-4 minutes before they finished their personal phone call before we were greeted and asked for our order.
