Wednesday November 15 @ 10:45 pmHad a delivery from this Pizza Hut location. They closed early when it states that they close at 11. My customer is very unhappy and I am as well because now I won’t get payed for this delivery. Don’t be lazy. Keep your store open for the designated times or find another job. I will be contacting HR.

The pizza was cold.The service was terrible they said I can't pay in quarters and proceeded to make me feel bad about it I payed 27 in card and the rest (10$) in quarters.The place was dirty also.

The lake mead location is a joke! Their staff is slow, look overwhelmed and the manager that was there after 4pm on Friday Sept. 22 was no help at all and seemed like he didn't care for nothing to the point that he stepped outside after talking to me and went to smoke. My pizza was suppost to be ready at 4:14pm and I was not informed when I went to pay for it on the counter that my pizza was not made yet, some mistake happened with my pizza order and that it was going to take longer to be ready. I had to ask at 4:25pm about my pizza when I say the young man in the back put in the oven a pizza order that looked like Mine in the oven. I had to be at work at 5pm and pizza was dinner for my kids. I had to call my job and tell them I am running late. Didn't end up getting my pizza until 4:40pm. I should have just ordered my pizza from the sahara Location. I just thought since at that moment I was close to this location I could but NEVER AGAIN will I order from this location again. Lake mead and Hollywood location is not a good representation of pizza hut!! It's a shame.

Took forever for delivery and those new melt things are a complete rip off they're ten dollars for two slices worth of food. What a jip and also said no more parmesan they charge for it now. Well you don't even have change for my order how you gonna start peddling parmesan cheese out of your trunk too?

Ordered online a large supreme pizza with an add-on of meatballs. Received and was charged for it but it was only a large pizza with meatballs, (cheese and sauce of course). When I asked the assistant manager, Terry, he said was his name while not wearing a name tag. Terry said," That's the way it was ordered." I asked Terry if it didn't it occur to him that I paid for a large supreme pizza,with tip may I add, and only wanted a single extra item and nothing else to be a possible mistake? My telephone number is at the top of the page in bold letters, maybe you could have called. Terry's answer was, " Mam we get a lot of strange orders here!" I asked for a price adjustment from a supreme pizza with an extra side of meatballs to the single topping pizza that I received and he refused and said that I would have to call a number that wasn't a customer service number but a Pizza Hut rewards number. I haven't been to Pizza Hut in years because of the terrible service but someone talk me into it and I am here to state that they are still the worst pizza place in town!! FORGET YOU TERRY AND PIZZA HUT!!!
