Ot being delivered and the representative was extremely rude, then it turned out they did not have my correct number, so they charged ny account but did not deliver because I was a new customer.. made no sense.. will never order from here again

Confirm orders prepaid in a more efficient manner so other patrons dont walk away with free food. I had to sit and wait curbside for an additional 20 minutes all b/c someone else came in and was given my order 5 to 10 minutes before I pulled up. Very disappointing.

Both of my pizzas were overcooked and like eating cardboard. I spent $45 on 2 pizzas and wings. Wings were good. We ended up throwing both pizzas away after 2 pieces each.

The app is not useful when it comes to hott sauce on the side. Then clerk needs me to call after i place order. So they could obtain store credit.

My last 2 delivery orders were a disaster, this time the cookie is burnt n black on the bottom, the pizza was cooked well as ordered but 1 maybe 2 pepperoni per slice 2 with 0, extra mushrooms? Yeah no, lots of red onion though, took pics will try n post thru Google sorry guys I'm filing for a pizza divorce

I broke my diet just to get this delivered to my door. The pan crust is my favorite, but wasn't even crispy when I received it. Not okay! Gonna go cry pizza tears now.
The first thing is the No Contact Delivery. The Driver was very professional and put my order as instructed, rang ring doorbell then left. Second...the food was fabulous

Pan pizza & pasta ordered was great as always. Tried new edge pizza and it was not good at all. Flavor was not there at all. The crust had no flavor and the pizza was not at all what I expected.
