I've ordered from this place for years. Today I order for delivery and food was supposed to be to me by 517. Delivery on app said 555. Well 6pm came by and still nothing. By 630 I call and they give me this bs excuse that they came and knocked plus called. No one showed up I looked at my security cameras. No one showed up at the time they said the driver showed up nothing or no one. I rarely have any issue but this is by far ridiculous. They offer to redo the order and send out. But I would have to wait two hours. I find that very unprofessional, as you didn't even attempt to deliver my food. Not even put a rush on it that you guys messed up. I will never be ordering from you guys again. Hire new employees, that actually want to do their job. This is ridiculous.

I ordered take out that took two hours to get to my house had been out for delivery over an hour arrived cold and no one was on the same page when it came to where my order was. I won’t order here again

They charge me for a pop did not bring me my pop and I keep calling up there and it keep putting me on hold very unprofessional very very very ain't got to worry about me ordering from y'all no more y'all is ghetto and y'all unpredictable

Ordered the cheapo meal deal for 6.99. (Meat lovers Half Melt w/ "Boneless" wings. Omg the nugget pieces were horrible. If they were bigger than the size of a nickel I'd be surprised. The half melt was just ok. You just can't get a good meal for cheap prices these days. The restaurant (old school pizza hut style) was clean and the staff was quick to help. I was just looking for different- if you are too, keep looking elsewhere...

If this location had better customer service you wouldn't get so many cancellations and you can service the public with the same service that other Pizza Hut locations do you should be able to order online and pay in store and not be punished because your service and customer service is so poor that people choose not to come and pick up their order pretending like you can't hear someone to avoid answering the questions it's completely unprofessional zero Stars

This isn't it. While they have tables to dine at the restaurant, it isn't the old experience that you used to get at Pizza Hut. This location like just about every other Pizza Hut in Las Vegas expects you to take your pizza and leave.
