Ordered my food at 8:30 it’s now 10pm Rahelio the manager is a joke, very rude and ignorant. He literally told me they gave my food to another person didn’t even apologize or anything I received my orders the wings looked under cooked and disgusting I told Rahelio he yanked the wings from my hand and slammed it into the trash can. Omggggg!!!!!! Talk bout great customer service. They have an ace of spades as a store manager thnx rahelio!!!!

I called this store at 11:30 to place a order and no one picked up the phone I got to the store the manger Shawn was up front I proceeded to order as he told me to wait 5min as he count his drawer and the crew is cleaning up I call while I was in the store and he just looked at the phone and I ask him why is he not picking up this is a very big inconvenience now that I’m in the store having to wait for an order I could have called in
