They keep you waiting for ten minutes before saying hello Today I ordered the big NY well done & it was so undercooked the whole thing fell apart. I've since called twice and was hung up on while waiting on hold to speak with someone

If you want free food just walk in and say a name on the screen, they don’t ask for proof! 😂 I know because they gave my food to someone else and don’t get me started on Cristina the “MANAGER” she’s very unprofessional, hiding in the back doing inventory hearing what’s going on and not helping! Then made me wait until she was done doing what she was doing to come help me. So yeah come on down get you some free pizza y’all! Worst case thy say you gotta pay for it there & you can just turn around walk out 🤣 someone got lucky with my paid for food

I have tried to call the store 5 times and I even had the operators who place phone orders try to connect me but the store kept hanging up. No answer no call back nothing. The pizza tracker doesn’t keep live up to times of delivery. My order says delivered but it was not delivered to me and I received no call either. Took my business elsewhere

Waited 10 minutes before being greeted just to be told that they were out of the $2 mini pizzas. Nick stated everyone was buying 7-8, when according to information given there was a minimum of 6. A lady came in from the back who came in while I waited and also never greeted me, instead she grab a bucket and rolled it to the back. Outside of trying to take advantage of this deal I will not be returning due to the customer service or lack there of, the cleanliness and employee behavior.
