I know some people have had bad experiences with this location being hit or miss but I can say from the two times my family and I have ordered they havent missed! Thank you! ? Food came hot and as ordered & the sauces paid for in the box as well. All we want to do is enjoy family night and eat and it was a breeze ordering online and having it delivered.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Pizza Hut that left me questioning their competence and commitment to customer satisfaction. Not only did they forget to include one of the pizzas in my order, but the quality of the pizzas we did receive was abysmal.First and foremost, I was shocked to discover that a pizza was missing from our order. It's basic customer service to ensure that all items are included, especially when customers are paying for them. This mistake not only inconvenienced us but also disrupted our entire meal plan. The lack of attention to detail and care is simply unacceptable.As a long-time customer, I expected better from Pizza Hut. Their failure to deliver a complete order and their lackluster pizza quality has left a sour taste in my mouth. It's frustrating to see a once-reliable pizza chain fall short on the most basic aspects of customer service and food preparation.I sincerely hope that Pizza Hut takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues at hand. They need to reevaluate their processes, improve their quality control measures, and ensure that their customers receive the level of service and quality they deserve. Until then, I will be exploring other pizza options in my area, as my trust in Pizza Hut has been severely shaken.I urge potential customers to proceed with caution when ordering from Pizza Hut. If you value a complete order and expect a well-made pizza, it may be wise to look elsewhere. Pizza Hut has a long way to go in order to regain the trust and loyalty of disappointed customers like myself.

Ordered before 2 pm and didn’t get our pizza until around 5. Our food arrived disgusting and cold. They didn’t give us one of our pizzas. Spent over $60 on 4 items, one of which was the pizza we didn’t even receive. Called over and over to try and reach the store for hours no answer, was disconnected on and then just finally got through not too long ago. Super unhelpful staff. Requested a refund, they don’t do refunds. I said even though you all didn’t give me one of my pizzas you can’t refund me?? Horrible service, gross cold food and not even an apology for forgetting one of our pizzas. Don’t waste your money here.

My pizza melts was hard nearly any meat inside the meat pasta was nasty my wings was not lemon pepper I guess they was out of lemon pepper and replaced with Cajun and I had put the flavor myself and my wings was hard and cold not to mention they sent me a door dash driver and it took here hour find me she didn't speak English so comm cation was hard

Found another Pizza Hut walking and the level of the people here being nice it’s impeccable so I had to write this review … Poole here is attentive as well and the food is looking delicious.. this store is operated by man so no Halloween decorations lol …

Today is September 20 and it is around 6:30 PM. I called this location three times and the first time it sound like a girl with a Spanish accent answer the phone. I asked her about the location, “you are located on Charleston and what street?” I think that’s a pretty understandable question. She asked me to repeat the question, and when I did, she put me back in the call queue. I kept calling back and she would pick up the phone and sound like she would mute the line. I’m sure the owners would not appreciate this lack of customer service. Never coming here again. i’m about to drive up there and give them a piece of my mind. After Covid, customer service no longer exist. Yet we are the one paying this persons wages? Makes no sense.

Time to find another location pizza not fully cooked could have used another 10 mins. Had to put the pizza in the oven to finish cooking. Wings not sauced glad I had Frank's red hot Very annoyed. Called the store was placed on hold and the disconnected. And to top it off when my son placed the order the woman on the phone didn't ask for the name on the card either. Only thing soda was actual not warm it was cold first time wow!!!
