Pizza Hut has gone to crap. You cannot get a hold of a human being. You get a hold of a call center and then you’re told that A manager is going to call you from the store and nobody calls you back. It’s a bunch of BS. I was on hold for an hour before I got a hold of somebody, and it was just someone in A call center. Worst experience in my life. Oh yeah, and I didn’t receive my food and they kept my money.

Pre ordered online. My order was not ready at the designated time however, I did not have to wait long. My food was fresh and delicious. Located in a strip mall, next to Vons with ample parking. Staff appeared friendly and busy. Would return and recommend.

Pizza Hut Please respond!. I ordered a pizza with peperoni onions bell peppers and was not happy with it. I asked the worker that It looks as if there were being stingy with the toppings. He remade the pizza and it looked the same. and then told that the way they make it. $20 for a large with bareky any toppings on it. 1 piece of onion. 1 piece of pepper on eavh slice. It was a very stingy looking pizza. I wont be ordering here again. They need to make sense in the portions.

Worse customer service. This was a pre order for 6 pm at 830 we had been told 3 different times the order was out for delivery. When I called back to speak to a manager. I was transfered 5 times once connected to a store manager I was hung up on. Since they refused to abswer questions I will contact corporate. A refund is needed.

I ordered a pizza and it came with the box not tapped where the pizza could be tampered with then I open the box this is how the pizza looks disgusting and the customer service agents have you on hold for almost 30 mins horrible experience with this location yuck 🤢
Update I wrote an email to to the email below and you guys have still not provided a solution horrible customer service why ask me to email you and you don’t respond stop wasting peoples time like you actually care to find a solution horrible location and the people at the location put you on long holds

I showed up 10 minutes late to pick up my door dash order and she said it won't be ready for another 15 minutes. When I went back 15 minutes later, she said it would be another 10. I hope they know how long to cook pizzas for lol an hour later it's still not ready.
this location was only taking online orders, per managers decision. I walked AWAY.... what is so complex about ordering a rinki dinki pizza????? Will not return

I placed an order and tried calling them to push back the time and no one has answered I’ve been on hold for ever and I’m just trying to tell them I won’t have my car till 6:30 I placed my order at 5 it’s now 5:20 and no one answered at alllllll. Has anyone actually got a hold of the store site?

My order was missing a pizza. It was 32 boneless wings and 2 stuffed crust pizzas. Not to mention all the ranch for the wings is missing as well. It’s disappointing because I’ve already had issues in the past with Pizza Hut but was genuinely hoping this time would be different.

Wow, I just love how they NEVER answer their phones after screwing up orders! The absolute best part is receiving COLD, RANCID food and then being forced to play endless phone tag with some international call center. Truly top-notch service from such ‘competent’ staff. What a joke!
