Wow, I just love how they NEVER answer their phones after screwing up orders! The absolute best part is receiving COLD, RANCID food and then being forced to play endless phone tag with some international call center. Truly top-notch service from such ‘competent’ staff. What a joke!

I made a $40 order for delivery. They delivered to the wrong address and thereafter refused to do anything to correct it. I've closed my Pizza Hut account and am only ordering from Domino's from now on.

When i walked in i noticed that the employees were not wearing gloves in the kitchen. Not very clean i must say and i know there are no hard laws that state you must wear gloves in the kitchen however, I'd be less concerned with it if this place didnt smell like marijuana. Secondly this pizza is outright awful. Its dry and not even cut properly. I honestly dont know how they mess this up but they did. Wouldnt recommended eating hear.

*edit* driver took an extra 10 minutes trying to find my apartment because she couldn't speak BASIC english. I told her " tell me where you are so I can find you" and she couldn't understand that. Food places need to start being up front of they use a 3rd party because I wouldn't of ordered here . Also no tavern I have ever been in has served a thinner then thin crust pizza.
Wanted pizza so decided to order Pizza Hut thinking they still employed their own delivery drivers...NOPE now they use door dash as well. Last time I will order from this location. Quit using 3rd party delivery services.

Found a new favorite pizza, I was running a bit late but it was actually just being finished as I arrived so it worked out perfectly. The lady preparing the food was nice as well.
So I was thinking that since my kids are home on summer break that I would order Pizza Hut for lunch today while I work. After time past, I realized the driver is not even anywhere near my neighborhood. I didn’t receive any calls or anything to explain why my food has already been in the delivery car for about 45 minutes. I called the store and The guy, I spoke to explained that it shows delivered already because she might be in our area. I explained she was not anywhere near my house. Another 20 minutes, goes by and finally, our cold hard pizza arrives. Everything we ordered was cold and poorly assembled. I just cannot believe this cost me $72. Plus tip. Make it make sense Pizza Hut no wonder why I never order from here.

I placed a online order my order was almost 40 min late and when I received it…it was uncooked the bottom of the pizza was literally doe I had to place it into my oven for additional cooking for the amount of money spent with the company no way things like this should go unnoticed
