I ordered the stuffed crust pizza this was the worst pizza I've ever had or ever seen the pizza was soggy and it wasn't even cooked all the way through I think their ovens aren't getting hot enough and when they take the pizza out of the oven they should know whether or not if it's soggy the crust is even too light! this one on West Sahara down the street from Palace Station it's gotten worse they don't know what they're doing if you get pizza from there make sure you check it before you leave!

Tried calling the store to change the time of my order. The person who answered asked for pick up or delivered. I stated I needed to change an order time, he said one moment please. Left me on hold for 10 minutes. By this time my orders already done before I could even make the change. Useless.

Norma took my order and when I went to go get my pizza I asked her for napkins and she said she had already given me some. I went back to check and and she didnât so I go back to ask for some and she tells me the same thing that she had already given me napkins with attitude. I bring her the box to show her that there arenât any and with attitude she slams napkins onto my pizza box and repeats that she had already given me some which she never did. She was very rude and unpleasant

Bought a classic cheese pizza - The crust was uneven in thickness, and the dough tasted dry and stale, as if it had been sitting around for a while. Despite picking up my order within 15 minutes, the pizza was already coldâdisappointed!! To make matters worse, the front desk girl was rude and lacked basic customer service skills. She had an unnecessary attitude, which made the entire experience even more unpleasant. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle. I wonât be coming back.
Picked up to go special deal. Personal pan sized pizza and boneless chicken wings. Considering we had a 3 and a half hour drive home the food held up amazingly well. Nuked it and it was great. We'll got more when we come back to Las Vegas.
The what's placed over the phone,The Guy quoted the price got to Pizza Hut .The Ordered Wasn't Put In,I was disappointed. but the young lady fixed the issue the party turned out great đđ˝.

I order wing and pizza I didnât have change for the food so I he left I reorder and sam called back and said your order will be out in 45 mins i know you place a order but you didnât have change do you have it now I stated it clearly. I got my food the wings or not barbecue they donât look fresh I called back and asked if they can remake it the manger same said no she can give a $5 discount on my next order ! ⌠would you eat this ???? I donât think she would her customers service is terrible! How can you serve someone this !
