It’s hard for me to rate the atmosphere or service because I ordered delivery. This pizza was the absolute worst. Didn’t even taste like real food. Tastes bland and the crust was like cardboard. I remember Pizza Hut tasting good a long time ago, but things are changed I guess.

I placed my Pizza Hut order online and the order was picked up by DoorDash, my DoorDash delivery driver, blatantly, and purposefully stole my food, so I called Pizza Hut in a upset frenzy and spoke to Donald. Not only was Donald kind and understanding he went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and that I got my food. I have had such a wonderful experience with this store location, and especially feel like Donald deserves a raise.

We just switched to this location because the store closer to us shut down, and it sure was a blessing in disguise. This location is a major upgrade from our original spot. This location is cleaner, has better interior design, lots of parking, and awesome employees. Most importantly, the pizza is always made to perfection.

Ordered food at 4pm, was told it was delivered at 4:40pm, it JUST showed up at 5:34pm. Boxes and pizzas smashed, one looks like a piece was attempted to be taken, and opened. Sat on hold for almost 40 minutes waiting for a supervisor. This is HORRIBLE service!

Location used to be great not sure what has happen in the 6-7 months but If you want burnt one side with crust one side without pizzas this is the spot. I ordered thin crust pepperoni for the game Sunday and got that "the manager" tried to tell me with straight face that it wasn't burnt. Pizza was was so dry & hard touching it. It would probably break someone's teeth plus I couldn't even tell if one side had pepperoni on it because it was badly burnt. Told them to keep it. I will never order there again. Refused to refund apparently "another manager has to approve" will see. Save yourself the headache & order from Green valley location down the street. That's what I did.
Update I receive a refund on 11/27 also uploaded the pizza I purchased down the street at green valley location. Notice the difference? When your paying money for something you want it done right and not told BS when it's not and sitting right in front you
The manager at this store is amazing!!!!!! He is very good at what he does and ALWAYS makes us feel very welcome and taken care of!!! Thank you!!!!

I waited 24 min for a pizza and breadsticks and the pizza is hard, dry, flat, and has no sauce. The employee told me it's SUPPOSED to be like this. Um.... then I asked for a refund and he said I had to call a different manager in the morning. Wow!! NEVER AGAIN, huge ripoff and it comes with gaslighting!! Now I need to go to Papa Johns for my child's sleepover night pizza. Sounds like the cardboard it came in if you tap the entire pizza on the counter. The pasta, dried and hard also. Seriously, they had one job...their reviews have almost as many 1 ratings as 5s, probably because there's no zero. Then I was told to contact Pizza Hut to make it right so I did, and NEVER heard back. Do NOT go here.
