This was the worst pizza ever. It was dry and had very little of the add-ons that I ordered and what really pissed me off was that I called to complain and they put on terminal hold. Nobody wanted to hear my complaint. Never again will I order from Pizza Hut. That is what I will tell everyone I come in contact with. The service was good, product was bad.

Ordered a pepperoni lovers with bacon and they left off the pepperoni. Given the name of the pizza this is an embarrassing blunder. I was hesitant to call in a complaint as I had no idea what would happen to the replacement. The second pizza was light on the pepperoni's, improperly cut and undercooked. Based on the smell I'd say it was unfit for human consumption as well. I'd say whoever was working in the kitchen really didn't feel like making pizzas on a friday night.

Ordered 2 pizzas, got only one , then when I called back, they just said that they "didn't hear the first time, now there's nothing to do" good for you business, you are going straight to the bankruptcy, this was the last time I order in your place.

While the food was average- SERVICE SUCKS! Manager included!! He was on his phone texting as were other employees for over 10 minutes while I stood at the front waiting to even be recognized.when he finally did come up front he was super rude. They also had the phone constantly ringing as none of them would get off their phones to answer. Just outright horrible service. Wish I could give them zero stars. Will never go here again. Don’t waste ur time at this location when there’s plenty of others with excellent service.

Disappointed in how they made my pizza and they had a DoorDash deliver my pizza who had terrible customer service and had an attitude because I didn’t give him enough of a tip. I work hard for my Money too.

I ordered take out online so there was no way of miscommunication. Ordered 3 pan pizzas and only received one, tried calling to see how to resolve this. They now operate through a call center, was on hold for 30 minutes, moral of they story I just ate what they gave me.

The counter help was extremely rude. After giving him my phone number three times he couldn't get right he made smart remote. I asked who the manger was and he refused to tell me. I walk in the kitchen to find out who the manger was and he asked me to leave. I left and called corporate. He still refused to tell me who was the manger. No more business from me.

I hate Pizza Hut now . I feel like everybody does , it's nothing like it use to be . Only reason I come back is for the stuffed crust and I always regret it after . Their pizzas MUST be made the day before and reheated cause I know damn well no pizza should be HARD and barley warm when it gets to you . Yesterday I ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas with EXTRA PIZZA SAUCE (because I already know their pizza is gonna be dry) and Cajun boneless wings . I got 2 HARD and of course never fails DRY pizza and plain wings . Like what is up with Pizza Hut now a days , do you guys just not give a s*** anymore ??? I'm sure Pizza Hut is soon to be out of business . I really do not doubt it one bit ! The workers suck , the pizza sucks, the "third party line" they go through sucks and has taken my money before , I wonder how you guys are even still in business . I'm so upset I even try to reorder , last time I ordered aside from yesterday was about a year ago and I told myself never again and yesterday I was craving stuffed crust and thought , let's try them one more time maybe that was just a bad location, im now convinced it's just every Pizza Hut . Imagine paying 70 dollars to get 2 nasty cold hard pizzas and chicken with no flavor . Maybe business would be better for you guys if y'all actually gave a s**** You guys must hate your life or something . I'd definitely now a days prefer even little Cesar's over this shi they call pizza . What a shame . You guys really went down hill and fast ! It's sad because at a point in life it was my go to .
