At 4:50 on a Sunday evening we ordered online a 5-topping pizza Delivery. The website said 30-35 minutes. It took an hour and 20 minutes, the pizza was pretty cold and missing one of the toppings. There are plenty of choices for pizza delivery in Vegas, I would suggest another option.

This location is the worse, mainly because of how the supervisor handles things. I received a notification my food was delivered and it was not. I called the restaurant and the supervisor said she called the driver and checked the tracking saying it was delivered to my house and the tracking showed it at my address. I told her that was bs and to refund me and i will come up there for the receipt. While i was on my way there the driver called and stated he had my food snd was on the way. He delivers part of my order and says he would go back and let them know the rest was missing. Well the manager didnt belive him. I called back and the same manager wanted to argue saying she made the box herself and to send her a picture showing what we received compared to what she was saying we received. Picture sent and she sends the rest of my food out. Arguing with a customer bc they never received their food is wild. The driver was great amd really tried his best to rectify the situation and could only do what was within his means but the supervisor at this location "Jennifer" was not pleasant to deal with AT ALL !!!
Its crazy reading thr reviews now and seeing a lot of ppl have the same issue with how they handle problems. Its a turn off and they def lost my business on this 1.

I ordered from this location because they do their own deliveries, I even paid $5 delivery fee (I live super close), just so I don't have to deal with doordash, and now it turns out that's exactly who's delivering my food. Not only that but they are 15 minutes late with my order as I write this review, and the food still isn't here.

Picked up a medium pizza and boneless buffalo wings around 9:15 on a Sunday night.
It was obviously slow, idk how the food came out this bad.
My cheese pizza has barely any cheese and is burned on top, undercooked on the bottom.
The boneless wings have barely any sauce.
I know it's a deal but come on. The pizza doesn't even look like normal pizza. :(

We ordered 4 pizzas, from Pizza Hut 9014 W. Sahara 89117. This is how the pizza looks like, either burned or old. I complained about it and never heard from this location again. It's sad because this company spends millions of dollars in advertising to get our business and this is the kind of product they'll put out there. I never got an apology or refund from this location. I'm guessing Pizza Hut thinks they are to good to apologize to their customers. According to the email they sent me, someone will reach out within 3 business days, it's been 3 weeks still waiting ...

If I could give them a 0 I TOTALLY WOULD our experience was absolutely BEYOND AWFUL.!!! First we call to place our order we asked for an extra large 2 topping pizza we wanted sausage and ham told them and then were told hold the line for a minute

I got incorrect food ordered mild wings got very very hot wings my kids couldn’t eat them I called the store and waited on hold or if someone did pick up I was immediately no warning no update just transferred to wait on hold again with no answer website no help store number no help chat no help I paid for something and didn’t receive what I paid for this has been some of thee worst customer service ever
Food was under cooked and one wing was the size of a nickel. Horrible response time. I'm sticking with dominos or Papa John's from now on .

Too much sauce, i asked for extra pepperoni n ceasars salad. There was normal pepperoni n no salad come with. Not sure medium size is $19 too expensive. Wont get again
