Few months ago I prepaid on the app and drove to carry out. Stood at counter for 15 mins past my completion time when a worker finally came to counter. TODAY, I tried again but this time I did NOT Pre Pay and thank God I didn't because 8 people were jammed inside waiting. All names on monitor said READY and I stood outside in 100* heat for nothing!! After 10 mins nobody came to the counter so I drove to Grimaldi's!! Never again folks be warned!!

Ordered desserts at 8:17, over on hour later I started to call for an update but no one would answer the phone. Drove down there, a bunch of upset people at the front waiting on their food (mostly door dashers) there was no one working the counter so I just ended up leaving. Food was delivered at almost 11 PM!

They make good pizza but the customer has gone down exponentially. Ordered pick up April 2 around 7pmto 8pm. How are you going to ask for a tip on the app and then ask again in person? You didn't do anything besides make the pizza and you didn't even cut it all the way through. Not to mention the attitude we got for not tipping TWICE? The guy behind the counter, about 5'3 dark hair dark eyes, rude. I work in customer service and this was just terrible and disappointing. We live near by we won't be coming back

Called about my delivery. Pizza Hut tracker showing delivered. I called to ask where my pizza was. Someone with an Indian accent answered as soon as I told him app showing delivered and I haven't received my pizza yet. This person hung up on me! Very rude!

Stopped in for a carry out tavern pizza. Hunter helped me and was just amazing. Best customer service experience I've ever had. He was polite and asked if I wanted any kind of add ons. Like dessert or sodas making sure I had the best experience.

I've been coming to this location for years because of the great people the manager hires.
I definitely recommend stopping by.

I called the store because the tracker was showing my order was delivered at 8:08pm and it wasn’t . So I called the store and spoke to a woman named Amber who said that “their app sometimes glitches and says orders are delivered when they are not.” I told her well maybe someone should report that to get it fixed. As I’m speaking to her the delivery shows up approximately 8:35pm. I’m still taking to Amber and she hangs up. I called back, she answers and when I asked “is there a reason why you hung up” she placed the phone on hold and the hold music started playing. She came back to the line and said “ I already told you what the issue was… and when you called back the other line rang so I answered it.” I immediately asked if she was a manager and she said no and placed one on the phone. Another female gets on the line and says hello. I asked if she was a manager and she said yes and when I asked for her name she said, Lisa. Lisa did not hang up but after letting her know what her employee did she responded “ok”. This location needs to do better or hire people who want to work. Hanging up on people or placing the phone on hold while people are talking is rude. No I don’t expect the manager to reprimand her employee while I’m on the phone but saying “ok” was more in a “whatever tone” versus trying to make the situation better. Fix your glitching app! Fix your attitudes.

Delivered my food to wrong apartment, I’ve been told 3 different times the supervisor would be back in “one hour” and call me to complete my refund or redelivery. It’s been days. I try and call the store and sit on hold for 20+ minutes. Wild. This location sucks

1/31/2024 STILL has not been resolved.

Ordered a large pan pizza, got a tavern pizza, manager says bring back pizza and we will make you what you originally wanted. (I don’t live in the area I work in the area, now I’m supposed to drive all the way back for them to fix this?) be realistic. Won’t order here ever again.

At 4:50 on a Sunday evening we ordered online a 5-topping pizza Delivery. The website said 30-35 minutes. It took an hour and 20 minutes, the pizza was pretty cold and missing one of the toppings. There are plenty of choices for pizza delivery in Vegas, I would suggest another option.

This location is the worse, mainly because of how the supervisor handles things. I received a notification my food was delivered and it was not. I called the restaurant and the supervisor said she called the driver and checked the tracking saying it was delivered to my house and the tracking showed it at my address. I told her that was bs and to refund me and i will come up there for the receipt. While i was on my way there the driver called and stated he had my food snd was on the way. He delivers part of my order and says he would go back and let them know the rest was missing. Well the manager didnt belive him. I called back and the same manager wanted to argue saying she made the box herself and to send her a picture showing what we received compared to what she was saying we received. Picture sent and she sends the rest of my food out. Arguing with a customer bc they never received their food is wild. The driver was great amd really tried his best to rectify the situation and could only do what was within his means but the supervisor at this location "Jennifer" was not pleasant to deal with AT ALL !!!

Its crazy reading thr reviews now and seeing a lot of ppl have the same issue with how they handle problems. Its a turn off and they def lost my business on this 1.

I ordered from this location because they do their own deliveries, I even paid $5 delivery fee (I live super close), just so I don't have to deal with doordash, and now it turns out that's exactly who's delivering my food. Not only that but they are 15 minutes late with my order as I write this review, and the food still isn't here.

Picked up a medium pizza and boneless buffalo wings around 9:15 on a Sunday night.

It was obviously slow, idk how the food came out this bad.

My cheese pizza has barely any cheese and is burned on top, undercooked on the bottom.

The boneless wings have barely any sauce.

I know it's a deal but come on. The pizza doesn't even look like normal pizza. :(
